impressive video. what are they doing with the reject pineapples? the peels and the cores? cook them in colored sugar water, make cubes and dry them? and we get dried multicolored fruits?
the core and rejecting pine apple make them juice im working also at pine apple plantation i know all the processing

@@Herald4dEnd i'm 5 years late but just in case anyone else comes across this... its citric acid. the stuff that makes sour candy sour. they don't use a lot, but its just enough to preserve it
