I’m not quite sure why anyone would hate on a stay at home mom-I’m supposing maybe envious because they have to work. It’s a hard but rewarding job-the most important job in the world is dealing with children. Now, regarding your termination at this bridal company -sure it’s a low key blow to your self esteem -just a little, not long. You’re actually the winner in that scenario -because how you feel deep down about yourself lets you know that that company missed out. My life motto is this “if they don’t want me, then I don’t want them either”😂😂😂. This goes for a job, a man, friends, etc etc. I don’t care who or what-I’m way more than enough and actually I’m too much for anything or anyone that does not see my value. With this mindset, I care not whether I stay or go. 😂😂😂Knowing your worth is vital; no one gets to determine that for you. Get you some affirmations going and kill those negative voices telling you all the lies. . I’m glad you’ve bounced back. 🙏🏽

Being a StayvAt Home Mom is a JOB..... It's alot of work, you feel like your chasing the time and before you know it, it's time to pick up the kids make dinner. Your still in the middle of washing clothes. Going to work was my break, lol. Your doing a Great job and at the age of your kids, they need YOU. You are important and boye do YOU matter.❤

Good for you for taking stock of your feelings about this. It was not nice. I believe most people (without data) have faced a similar job situation. My view is we are on this planet for a short period and my time here counts for the people I care about, making that view more important over the work I do. I suggest you keep looking at that experience like that. If possible would you like to do temporary work?I am U.K. based and tempted in my 20s, 30s and 40s as a black female in the city of London for small and big branded companies. I loved being a temp. Some contracts lasted years others weeks. I mostly did maternity contracts covering for parents on leave with new borns which could be for 6 to 12 months. Sometimes I’d call the agency to move me to a new assignment also as the company culture was bad. I say all of this as my work is just that it’s work and not my identity. My identity remained about being here for my loved ones and experiences enjoying life and doing my best with the gifts God has given me. I have been permanently placed for 4 years but they know if a redundancy is necessary my hand will be the first to go up as it’s just work I can get a new job the following week being in London. Redundancies are free money and I have collected those 3 times in my lifetime and still not touched that money.

I wear leather, graphic tees, Vans, heels, cargo pants, I wear whatever looks good on me. I know what looks good on me and I know if a skirt is too short…this was much appreciated🙏🏽🥰
