ICELAND: The Land of Fire and Ice | Road Trip Itinerary
🎥 In this vlog, We're taking you along on an unforgettable road trip across the stunning landscapes of Iceland. 🌍 We set out on this journey to explore some of the most magical places Iceland has to offer, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we landed, were captivated by the dramatic scenery that surrounded me-towering waterfalls, expansive glaciers, and the iconic black sand beaches that look like they’re straight out of a movie!
Throughout this road trip, we drove along the famous Ring Road, stopping at incredible spots like Skógafoss waterfall, the vast Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, and the mesmerizing Reynisfjara Beach. I even had the chance to explore some lesser-known gems, like hidden off-the-beaten-path hikes that showcased Iceland's raw and untouched beauty. 🌿
This journey was more than just a sightseeing trip; it was about stepping out of our comfort zone, embracing the unpredictable weather, and experiencing the pure magic of Icelandic nature. It was also a fantastic opportunity to reflect, finding joy in the little moments and learning to navigate the unexpected twists and turns of the adventure.
Iceland truly has something for everyone, whether you’re an adventure seeker, a nature lover, or someone looking to experience something new and unique. I hope this vlog inspires you to plan your own trip to this beautiful country or at least gives you a taste of the incredible experiences Iceland has to offer!

      I actually don’t have a list of the expense but I can give you a rough estimate 😊 we went on May which would be spring/summer. Our campervan was $1800 for 7 days, I have a link on the description on which van we rented. We mostly cooked our own food inside the van, for 7 days for 3 people, we spent about $500 including street foods (hotdog sandwhich, fish and chips etc), gas was around $500-600 but we did drive the whole Iceland and some off the beaten path. And we also got a camping card that covered the fee for most campsites however check the website because they only have few camping sites open and covered on winter, summer has more open campsites.

    Great videos - did you have to apply any permits for drone ?

    • @JessaWanders
      @JessaWanders 2 роки тому

      Hi there! Some areas need permit like Skogafoss etc. also just make sure that you don’t fly it inside national parks. Some places also have it marked whether you can fly the drone or not 😊
