I have a loved one who has severe copd and lung problems. I am curious about any natural nature cures that are possible to try . I dont trust the medical fields too much nowadays. They are too manipulated by the corrupt , greedy pharmaceutical companies. I would appreciate any advice you could offer. Plus , you have a sweet face and a adorable accent.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m truly sorry to hear about your loved one’s struggles with COPD and lung issues. While I understand your concerns about the pharmaceutical industry, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new treatments, especially for serious conditions like COPD. That being said, one natural remedy that is often discussed for respiratory issues is mullein. Mullein has been traditionally used to soothe the respiratory tract and is believed to help with conditions like colds and lung problems. It is known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Mullein tea, made from the dried leaves and flowers, can help to clear mucus from the lungs and reduce inflammation. Some people also use mullein oil for ear infections or topically for skin conditions. However, it's essential to approach any treatment with caution and ideally under the guidance of a knowledgeable healthcare provider. Natural remedies can be a complementary approach, but they should not replace professional medical advice and treatment. Wishing your loved one all the best in their health journey. Take care!

Thank you so much for your response. She is receiving care from professionals. But after loosing so many that have supposedly been under professional care, I'm under the impression that they must be professional at something else, besides Healthcare. I'm tired of being helpless and just watching someone get worse ! It's a job to them . To me , it's someone I've always loved, and would do anything for .

Comfrey is very edible due to being cultivated by botanists to remove the toxins, the flowers should be blue or purple. You can eat it like cooked greens, or make tea. Also called knit bone, it helps you recover from breaks. Also great for pain, and very nutritious! One of my favorite herbs! Cats and dogs love it! My cat would eat her weight in them.

I believe they might grow on their own in the wild - I bought some salsify seeds but have not planted them this year. Those are very large roots - I guess they will become large like that if they are cultivated into a planting bed - just found your channel and subbed - really like your content.

Welcome to my channel! 🌱 I'm so glad you enjoyed my content and subscribed. Those veggies are from an organic box, and I'm experimenting with regrowing some from kitchen scraps. 🌿 Isn't it fascinating how they might thrive on their own in the wild? Good luck with growing those large roots, and I hope they will get big when grown in a planting bed! 🌾 Thank you for your support, it means a lot! 😊🌟

Yes, nettle soup is always good. 👌 I use nettle seeds in my porridge, chia pudding. You can add it to pesto, incorporate into baking, I use it in chickpea pizza base, sprinkle over food, add into salads 🥗, smoothies, omelettes, savoury muffins and so on. 😋

I have never thought of eating a few of the seeds or even using the rind. What wonderful ideas. I will try it. I usually cut it and chop the fruit. It is the only fruit my dog likes and it doesn’t cause him any stomach upset so I enjoy sharing it with him as a snack. We both love it. I will have to try it as a smoothie. You made it look so good❣️

Be ready for spicy kick when tasting the seeds! 🔥😂 At the moment, I'm drying some, and I'll use it as a pepper substitute. 🌶 With smoothies, I like to use it as a base for chia pudding. 🍹 Greetings to your dog! 🐾🥰

No worries. I won’t be feeding the seeds to my dog since they have traces of cyanide in them… unhealthy for dogs but good for people. He’s a picky eater too but so happy he loves the fruit. I might mix up the papaya as a smoothie and sneak in some greens as you do for yourself but also freeze it and offer it as a frozen treat. I mix pumpkin with shredded carrots along with bone broth as a frozen treat for him currently so now I have to try the papaya fruit to see how it goes. Thank you for your wonderful videos.

you shouldn't use the cashew water. You must throw it out because in the nuts there is phytic acid which is broken down by soaking them in water. Therefore the minerals inside the nuts are more available to our body. So when you use the soakingwater you prevent your body to ansorg all thegoodies from the cashewnuts
