What of azelaic acid?

Ive tried literally everything. Ive tried salicylic acid cleanser , normal cleanser from Neutrogena, head and shoulders shampoo, Vaseline, soap, exfoliating body wash with those little beads, hero moisturizer, nivea moisturizer, dove moisturizer, shea butter and even BAKING SODA 😭 honestly im ready to just give up and expect that ill look like this forever 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Using sulfur cream and benzyl peroxide thanks to you! Sulfur is not that common here in germany and at german skinfluencers, so i did not know about it! Benzyl Peroxide, i was sceptical that it would irritate my skin, but no! It worked! I wash my skin, dann put on light moisturizer, wait 5 minutes, than benzyl peroxide 2x a day ( currentyl at home because sick so no sunscreen just this). Than in the evening i wash my face, put on ceramide serum and then the sulfur cream! It is a diffrent than yours, based on petroleum, so its occlusive and my skin does actually like it! I dont know what my pimples were ( fungal, closed comedones or skin irritated barrier ??) But know after 5 days!! I see a diffrence! I had these pumbs for months and tryed popping( bad idea), retinol, bha, aha but nothing worked! Now finally i see results ❤❤ thank youu!

Ahhh rice water caused fungal acne all over my face I've never ever have that I jus wanna get rid of it never use rice water on your face you never know when it I'll contaminated and worsen your skin
