The neural network of AI is programmed by humans, who have full control over the data to be fed into the system. This includes determining and adjusting biases, nodes, and weights. Human programmers define the architecture and parameters of the neural network, guiding its learning process and influencing its outcomes. In such scenario, the answer is a product of both the human's intellectual effort and the computer's computational capabilities. The human creates the framework and provides the intellectual input necessary to define and guide the calculation, while the computer performs the computational heavy lifting, following the instructions precisely to produce the result.
