Great work. What actions have you used? OOTB and/or custom? I would be curious to see that part. Andy Engin Utkan
All custom. 4 Flow and 1 Prompt. We're writing a blog to dig into the details.
In the Agent Builder - when you mention that you load the call transcript and chat with the agent like you demonstrate in this video - is that mimicking how the seller would interact with (actually speak with) the agent in the UI? Like on the Opportunity page?
Amazing! The future is now!
Absolutely
Hello There, Your content is very nice and interesting. I like it very much. But one thing that makes me sad is that you regularly upload videos with so much effort, but your content does not get enough views, likes, and comments. Also, your channel has several problems. That’s why the right audience is not coming to your channel. The only reason for the decrease in your channel's performance is that the SEO of your channel's videos is not done properly. If SEO is done correctly, then these problems will be solved. As a UA-cam expert, if you want, I can work for your channel for free on 1 or 2 videos on a test basis. Then, if you like my work, you’ll hire me. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing your journey Lilith! Very inspiring as always! I can deeply relate to many aspects you’ve mentioned, especially around the importance of soft skills and communication. Coming from a background as a salesperson before transitioning to Salesforce, I’ve found that those interpersonal skills have been invaluable in navigating complex projects and connecting with clients. Your emphasis on overcoming the challenge of not being a native speaker really resonates with me as well. Also, it’s amazing how much the community helps us grow, not just technically but also personally. I’m not a CTA (yet!), but your story inspires me to keep pushing forward. Thank you for being such a motivating voice in the ecosystem!
Inspiring words and charismatic leadership!!
Interesting. One reason there are so many fields added to the admin is the bottom of the totem pole in many IT departments. That means that their reasoning/wisdom is all too frequently over ridden. Another reason is that many BA jobs are contract jobs. That makes it even easier to over rule that person. The BA will think, well, I can either chose this hill to die on and be told as a contractor, Friday is your last day, or I can keep the job and add the field. "Ok go ahead and have a bad build. I'll be gone soon and it'll be your problem to fix." There's also the issue of all the folks who got Salesforce instances, and never ever, got around to removing that old technical debt. It's frequently the last thing people do, if at all.
Interesting, but next time please upload with 1080 or higher. It's barely legible.

Hello there, First of thanks for putting efforts and making the content public. In you screen, I see on the right side that you have Analytics & Documentation section, unfortunately I don't have such option in my org. What is that any package installed or is that a plugin? Thanks in advance :) Best regards!
Helpful video
Great demonstration of the value of process mapping, but why did you write the story manually when you have a built-in GPT for that? Are you one of those people that enjoys writing user stories or something?
BPMN = Business Process Model & Notation
Hello Elements channel admin. I visited your channel and your video is very nice but your video has no views and no subscribers. The only reason your videos aren't going viral is because your videos aren't seoed Your video must be SEO friendly How can I contact you?
Great talk, starting learning Salesforce with Jitendra's blogs and still learning from him

Please speak in hindi.
Thank you both for a great video. I appreciate the takeaway that we need to discuss how the different companies' departments are using/ testing the current functionality and what is working and what is not. There is much more "stealth" GPT under silent testing in companies than top executives realize. Salesforce's latest research shows that 180 million people use AI daily.

This was a great video!
Great video, Ian. I learned a lot; more importantly, the video gave me a lot to think about. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and perspective.
What is the software being used to draft this?
The end of Salesforce careers. Now what do I do?
The second half of this video shows the value of a Center of Excellence, and how process maps help get all the parties on the same page. When we just take the initial ask from the business and started working, we end up having to come back multiple times for those related asks. Then we have to undo/redo work we've previously done, adding significantly more work than just doing it all together.
Suppose after a step done by user, I want to show that automation updates a field for example then will that come under a new step, resource being Salesforce Rule or Flow? For leads coming in from channels, do you recommend me creating separate independent flow maps or one map that starts for all channels but are linked to different flow maps ?
Amazing 🔥
If only this showed us how Elements Cloud could help with documentation. Ugh! Maybe provide a link to a webinar about "how to" utilize Elements Cloud for documentation.
Awesome!! Thank you!
The audio in the video cuts out between 8:18 and 9:12
Say "No"... The big forgotten responsibility of Salesforce professionals... I really loved this episode. Thanks for putting it together/sharing. Thank you.
Very interresting... and timely. Thanks for creating this video.
🍀 P r o m o s m!!!
Thanks for the session. I've used ChatGPT for salesforce particulars and find it relatively good. As Rory mentioned it isn't going to produce what you do not understand. There are a plethora of commentary about ChatGPT making advanced education no longer demanded, but that's way out. One of the commenters mentioned that Calculators and PCs were supposed to" ruin" education. We'll have to wait and see.
Thanks for sharing!
Excellent interview. I think I've been convinced to try this out!
I'm on the waiting list. ChatGPT is at capacity...
Great interview! I think Salesforce is getting a reputation for being "too difficult" or "complicated," but we have this issue where AE's sold companies everything under the sun without the proper information on how to keep their orgs healthy. So many admins also don't do the work they need to keep up their education on best practices and new features. Also, as Jodi Hrbek mentioned in another interview, so many Admins don't even realize they can say "no".
The platform is evolving and maturing faster than Admins realize and therefore they have a lot of catching up
Thank you for taking time to put this together. Suggestions for next topic: Implementing Amendment and Renewal process for Org using CPQ and one not using CPQ. What are Lessons learned? Thank you.
CPQ is a great idea. I've added it to the schedule
