Front Facing seats I like that. Definitely Safer too. The side facing seats looked awful on wagons. Maybe rear was okay but front is best.

First thing I would ditch is those air cleaners. That center carb is pulling a whole lot of air through that one little air cleaner.

Very nice ,c6 is a real solid trans but I gotta go with the top loader (always been a stick shift fan) also sounds like I hear a lifter or something but easy enough to fix. 390’s are very cool strong motors, nice looking car and I’ve always liked those rear window louvre’s , can’t remember seeing them on a 68 before but still nice. Definitely a ford fan here I drive a 50 f1 460 with a top loader.

Nothing like an original Belair of the fifties, split 6 straight pipes to the rear. Music to my ears cruising down PCH California and downshifting gears, that’s what these chevys are all about, and the classic sounds of the oldies.

Love the car but the interior..... With all the work put in did you not see that you have 4 different shades of red going on??? What a shame. Car is mint and the interior was rushed.

We had a 56. It had the 315 engine and push-button transmission, as well as AC. I have a lot of fond childhood memories of that car.
