Have you ever heard of Jugal Himal ? Jugal Himal range has the nearest 6,000m peak from Kathmandu. You can reach the base camp in just 4 days from Kathmandu. This area is not popular because it doesn’t have any 8,000m peaks to attract the tourists, but it has a lot of beautiful 6,000m peaks. Last spring nepal government opened up couple of peaks in this range for climbing such as Jugal 3 ,4, an...
Any thoughts on giving uli’s traverse a go?
Cool video!
I just found your channel. I subscribed. Thanks for the videos. The videography is really good. I enjoyed the perspective which is a little different and very clear.
Great video! I’m climbing the mountain this October! Looking forward to it
@@KFP1000 good luck 👍🏽
Are you related to Tenzing Norgay?
@@jackiehoward7300 Shoutout to the legend Tenzing Norgay man but I am not related to him. I am related to Ang Rita Sherpa (Snow Leopard)
I love watching mountain climbing videos. I am top clumsy to climb one though.

Hey bro! Will be there in Spring ‘25. Climbing AD. Any tips!? Haha. I’ll also say hi to your aunty! :) peace.
@@johnpownall1511 it’s little difficult in spring cuz of the conditions but good thing is that there will be very few people in that time. Make sure you’re in great shape.
@@OfficialTenzing thanks mate. Yeah definitely will be in shape. Indeed I’m aware that the weather can be an issue, but being spring I’ll be happy for it to be quiet, as I’ve heard! Haha. What months did you go in? Thanks again brother!
@@johnpownall1511 there’s barely any teams there compare to autumn season. I summited on April 18 it took me and my uncle just 3 days we had the whole mountain to ourselves.
@@OfficialTenzing epic man. Still watching the video. Thanks for taking the time to film it, share it, and respond. Legend dai!
I seee you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Great job bro!!!
Peak human achievement
Just missed you at the summit by a couple of days!
Any tips you have to train for this?
@@pegahghavami8062 low intensity high volume and, also do Muscular endurance once a week such as running up and down the stairs with weights on your rucksack. You do these you will have great time in the mountains.
@OfficalTenzing I have tried all of these but just made it to the top of DC. OK I'll train again for next year.
@@pegahghavami8062 I would suggest to go on longer uphill hikes with more weight than what you will bring. Also have the habit of walking without enough sleep and try to train during weird times when your body is not expecting to move. If you made it to the top of DC, the major obstacle will be the crevasse and ladder crossing. I found it easier to move after DC.
@pasangsherpa7217 Great idea. I had problems with being hungry the entire time. Probably need more carbs?
@@pegahghavami8062 try to have 100 calories per hour. Something that you can snack on quick without stopping for a break. Be efficient with your movement to save time and energy so you wont have to keep eating. I also trained while staying hungry. Not the best way but works for worst case scenario.
Is it the same kumbu ice fall that you take for Evere?
Yes brother up to camp 3 it’s the same route
@OfficalTenzing Oh man I love Nepal and all the mountains in the region. That's my dream.
@@OfficialTenzing Are you from Nepal originally?
What day did you summit? Great job!
August 7th 7:44am beautiful weather brother 💪🏽

Had a amazing time up there man it was quite tough because I had quite heavy pack but weather was beautiful so it all planned out nicely
@OfficalTenzing I saw that in the beginning. 51lbs! Yea, that's heavy even for casual trip

Thanks for sharing this experience! Those winds up there look intense! Gorgeous views of something I’ll never do. I’d stay at base camp.
Thank you for sharing your journey. Please stay safe. :)

You're a fake. The real one's name was Tenzing Norgay. These days any local above Base Camp calls himself a sherpa. Most of them don't bring rubbish/oxygen bottles down.
Thanks for watching
Tenzing for all us westerners know is probably a common Sherpa name. Why insult someone who obviously is climbing a mountain. If it were fake then other mountaineers would be on here saying such. Get a life!
And, you’re certainly rude. Tensing is a very common Sherpa name. Shame on you!
Mark is a complete moron.
Geez you’re dumb. How many Marks are there?
Very nice footage. How would you compare the difficulty of climbing Lhotse vs. climbing Everest?
They are both roughly the same because your climbing it Himalayan fixed rope style. Lhotse is much more steeper and more enjoyable because there’s no one up there haha. That Lhotse couloir looks sick as fuck in person too.
Are you grew up in Nepal Bro ???
Born in Himalayas but I grew up in the bay area
@@OfficialTenzing yeah I was that accent is sounds different…I’m in nyc my good friend Chhiring always stays at your uncle hotel when he’s on AMA
Dada you may want to go to the park to do that shit
