its understandable how league players would feel dota's movement to be junky when there isn't turn rate movement in league, that's why the mechanic feels more fluid.

Its harder for a new player to grasp Dota2 than LoL. In Lol you dont have all the heroes unlocked, its bad that you have to unlock it but the good thing is that the player gets to know their champion well. By that system the players can learn about the available champs for them which makes the game fun and easier for them to understand. Dota is more like "yo i have all these shits go learn it to not be a scrub"

Nah, this "lags" come from turn rate mechanic. In lol if u rightclick in oposite direction u will move instantly mean while in dota ur character has to turn around first. And also ur char has to face oponent to use any abilities or items beside ones that cast around u like shivas guard, greaves, quiling spray etc

theres two friends of mine. one love to play dota and one love to play lol their entire life. they both make a challenge swapping games for almost a year. in the end. the one that love dota goes back to play dota2. and the one that love LoL never go back to LoL. cause he fall in love with the beauty of dota. and he turns out to be better cause of his new passion with dota. and me? i dont play both 😂 but i watch dota2 tournament like iam watching some football match. that is how good dota is 😂 just like csgo/cs2. watching the live tournament feels like watching football/soccer match.

I played League for 10yrs and then Ive hoped on Dota 2. Its way harder to learn but damn once you do, League feel like a mobile game compared to Dota. The fact that you cant deny creeps make the game feel like baby mode

Dota is popular but for new player it’s really hard to understand to able to play thats why the number of players is decreasing for upcoming years cuz more years to come the more complexity the game becomes. Thats why people League are getting more players. But when you are talking about the game play dota is far better than any other moba games. The comeback potential is always there not like in other game no matter big avantage u had when you guys wipe its the game but dota is fckn stressful and haunt u when you lose in winning scenario cuz every decision is a must

I play both games and my winrate in LoL is twice what it is in Dota ....and Dota 2 is just a better game from the Client of the gods to more impactful Itemization that makes the characters feel more customizable and the ballance feels smoother without the ADC issues of Lol.

I disagree that Dota is janky/laggy. That is a common sentiment of league players simply because it feels different than league. Seasoned players don't experience this. There are turn rates, slows, back swings and forward swings for abilities and attacks. Once you get these things, you know how every movement will perform.
