Loving kindness, we found many new parks and forests today, in answer to our prayer, it was very satisfying, loving kindness for all the trees in the park, loving kindness for the mushroom ring we found and loving kindness for the fairies living there, loving kindness for the chaotic order of nature, gratitude for the environmentalists of the community, we also visited parks we knew already and we found streams to be cleaner, a nature spirit is definitely healthy and thriving, we are thankful we are definitely not the only ones doing things for nature, the people we talked to said they were very avid recyclers and loved mother earth, all of this is very encouraging! loving kindness! let us continue to love embrace and also be nourished by mother nature as a vessel of divine grace... thank you

I came back to this thread to say...I know your heart was broken and angry can fill it in repair. Keep in mind that everything does happen for a reason, you may never be privy to the reason or the outcome...just trust me on this... one step deeper...just maybe...like I...you have to believe in and trust in that. If it makes you feel any better... i say this...my dog's vet had a stroke very shortly after my lose...I guess his life will never be the same and he walks with a cane, Karma? be well.

........i sued the incompetent doc -easy to do in small claims court-and the office had to be closed for the entire time the inspectors were investigating.... ....the state inspector said this happens so frequently....that vets. 'kill' animals via malpractice incidents....

....yes it is all about the money and many a vet. specialist agreed with me....i wrote to the PA. vet. licensing office and they shut down the office until a full investigation could be made....

...thank you for your comment and kind words...i touch my baby's photo and her collar....even tho it was in 2004 when the malpractice occurred....

Final comments... There is a reason for everything in this sometimes hard to understand life...your little buddy will be there to greet you in the next world. He may have been put here to help you help others through your upload...sure he is gone.....and he and you have brought comfort in sorrow. It is a tough one here, Dog lovers, best friends and comment threads to help us, well indirectly he did that...I still carry my buddy's collar bell and think of him...and others may be helped. Thanks

To the owner of this dog I say...I also noticed after the fact that..THERE WAS NO LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT...nothing was available to restart his life. According to the staff on the way in, it would be ok...they handed me my dog back lifeless without an apology. I was shattered. In NY State (as of 2008) time of his death, there where no requirements for such lifesaving measures. I have done more for dying animals then my Vet did for my dog. It went bad..it is all about money isn't it?

I wish I had seen this before I had lost my best friend in for a basic procedure also. If you, like I, see this after the fact...write a letter to that same Vet and ask these posted questions as a guide, get a response, then if you believe your dog died an unnecessary death, go to the OFFICE OF PROFESSIONS and let them look into it. I did, they found no evidence without an autopsy of my dog. I already mourned, buried my friend, his body was unavailable, Doctor walked, the pain was intense.
