Fabulous video! I’d actually planned on doing the New York Times’ August 2024 prosciutto and melon salad recipe today, but just did a final YT recipe search before starting, and your recipe’s thumbnail came up. Your dish looked beautiful and simple, and I wanted to know more. You actually did something I’ve NEVER seen done before - you TRIMMED your prosciutto’s fat edge off! That fat is exactly why I often don’t buy it, always thought it detracted from the meat once it was aged and imparted its flavor, didn’t like its threadiness in my mouth, but it never occurred to me to trim it. Suffice to say, my menu just changed, and I’m making your recipe. I’ve got all of your ingredients except the grapes. Plus I have lovely fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, marinated garlic slivers, and will probably dollop some Grazo “Drizzle” EVOO and grind fresh pepper on top. I might wind up doing short skewers rather than toothpicks? BTW, I’ve made countless NYT recipes in the past, but anymore, find their recipes lack flavor, dimension, and cultural authenticity, despite being almost National-Geographic photogenic. They overcook everything. Still, their comments sections are helpful.

Interesting how you're showing the cooking process by not showing it at all lol No close up of the pot and its progress, just a medium camera angle with the pot cut off frame. Also nothing special. Its just basic limeade that you can easily put a pinch of sea salt at any time... thought there was gonna be more to it but its just limeade with salt. Whats so vietnamese about that lol

Not all limeades have salt. Try pre-making some of your ingredients and focus on a congruent narrative throughout the video. It is distracting to see you turn your focus toward the cooking and stop talking mid-sentence when we can't see what you're doing. You also start to mumble or drag on sentences and by the time you've moved onto the next step I've lost track of the point.
