You might be referring to Sacred Bird Cry, its a hidden skill dropped by Yoshitsune that can be assigned to any weapon or stance with Guard+Strong input, holding it uses Anima to shoot the waves

@@Wistyfield oh thats so cool, im guessing there are more hidden skills dropped by bosses later on?

@@kfcpatrol6630 theres a handful of bosses throughout the base game and at least one in each of the dlcs, its been a good while though so i cant recall them all off the top of my head anymore, some bosses drop more than one skill as well (Yoshitsune included)

@@kfcpatrol6630 some weapons have a much harder time than others starting out, i used Sword for much of my time starting out and was having a nightmare of a time. You should be able to get by whatever you like most, but its worth keeping in mind Soul Cores are imperative for draining ki and making openings, i can think of no other as reliable as ippon datara, good ki damage, fast, youre immune to grabs during it, and guarantees a stagger on even the biggest enemies Consider investing in some ninjutsu or magic, protection talisman, barrier talisman (cannot understate how much faster you ki regens with this), quick change scroll and poison shuriken, you should be able to temper your accessories with Melee Damage vs Poisoned Enemy and Poison Accumulation Up fairly easily (you get the materials for this by disassembling trash gear) Lastly, early game is much slower than late game, and you're going to want to try your best to hit most yokai glowing points (like glowing horns). Against human enemies certain weapons can be a lot more aggressive than others, but youll generally want to play more defensive. Unlike dark souls if you get hit youre allowed to block first instead of dodging, and try to use the different dodges between stances as the situation calls for it if a dash is too tight where a roll would be easier for example. Learning where to use each of your stances in general is helpfully but thats a given You can also increase the amount of elixirs you hold by finding kodama (lil green kids) throughout stages in a region, and can use their kodama bazaar to restock on elixirs instead of having to farm them between boss attempts

From a historical perspective, this is almost correct. During Nobunaga's years before he became lord of the Oda clan, Hirate was his mentor. He was deeply troubled by the young Nobunaga's eccentricity and infamous reputation of being, quite frankly, a damn fool. Nobunaga was deeply attached to Hirate because of his role as his mentor, and when Hirate committed suicide to shock Nobunaga into acting more proper and less like the fool he was known to be, it worked like a charm. I assume the devs placed Hirate's benevolent grave at Yoshimoto's camp as a subtle way to say that Hirate is watching over Nobunaga and encouraging his success even in death.

Like, when you just shoot one single beam at Iku. You had to charge it up and it fired instantly after like a second and it does a lot. How do you do that?

It's a particular shot type you have to unlock with souls. I don't remember the name because it's been years since I last played. You have to hold the shot button in order to decrease the potential angles the shot fires from. If you tap the shoot button, it could shoot in any direction in a 45 degree cone in front of her. It costs a lot of energy to fire, and you can only reliably fire it straightforward, but it has long range and great at spellbreaking for a danmaku type
