How to install tile with adhesive
If you have only a few pieces of tile to install, it’s not cost or time efficient to drive to a store and purchase a bag of mortar, a bag of grout. The time to drive, gas money and last but not least the amount of time to mix everything plus cleaning mixing containers, trowels, drill bit mixers is way to much.
Just use a tube of M1 adhesive as shown in this video and be done.

Mud flaps for your trailer ?? Use these instead !!!
Переглядів 8 тис.3 роки тому
Towing your trailer in heavy rain/sleet/wet snow?? Mud flaps may not be enough, to keep your trailer safe from getting wet, iced up or clean. This is my method, with removable bristles in addition to the mud flaps to keep that from happening. They help a lot in dry conditions also, preventing small rock chips etc from hitting your trailer. When done trailering, you can just slide them out. Bett...

Make tie down straps or belt buckles without a sewing machine. Nylon straps ,M1 adhesive 4 file/paper clips and 2 D-rings. Make them any width, length or anywhere without the need of electricity. They are waterproof, therefore usable in rain/snow/on a boat you name it. Trailer safety

If you have electric brakes on your trailer, you also have a emergency brake away safety pin. That pin will ensure your wheels to stop immediately, in case your trailer gets disconnected from your towing vehicle. Unless your battery is not charged (If empty you can’t recharge), because like me you forgot to put the pin back in. In this video I will demonstrate how to avoid this from happening a...

WD40 - Throw it out ??
Переглядів 553 роки тому
Everybody loves and uses WD40. What’s there not to like: It works on, with, over, under and just about for everything that you can just imagine. However, spray cans are very waist full. Between 70/80% of the material gets wasted on the floor/ground and not where it’s really needed due to the high pressure in the can. Unfortunately, not all recycle places are set up to process high pressure spra...
How to store sewing tape
Переглядів 443 роки тому
This is one of the most used tools in your sewing/household basket. The flexible properties of this ruler/tape measure makes it perfect for measuring around the body or any other non linear objects. Rolling it up, carrying it or storing it without coming undone and creating a mess, well that’s a different story. In this video I will show you my solution for this problem, by using a simple file ...
Firestarter fast
Переглядів 1733 роки тому
This is my secret weapon for windy , wet and snowy conditions. It starts a fire right away all the time even multiple times, if needed. Burning time is 4 minutes or more, depending on the amount of Tiki light fluid you choose to use. A ferro rod will start this reliably, when matches and lighters give up due to high winds or rain. After this, I ad my wax fire starter for prolonged burn time( 20...

    how do you smooth out the M-1 ?

    • @hansmeister2480
      @hansmeister2480 3 роки тому

      Make finger wet(spit/water) and push down gently like on silicone or caulk. You have to go slower and be more careful, it is more sticky. If using it for the first time, try a test first like 1 foot beed should give you the idea. Hope this helps, take care Hansmeister.

      @@hansmeister2480 Have never heard of M-1 before and am surprised at that. How does it compare to epoxy? It is a one part glue?

    • @hansmeister2480
      @hansmeister2480 2 роки тому

      @@nixsonbronson4595 It works better then epoxy in my opinion, for certain applications like this one. It dries into a very hard rubber but still flexible and withstands wide temperature ranges(+125 to - 30) . You can find it on ebay and amazon, but mainly sold in roofing supply stores. Roofers use this to glue flashing together and onto chimneys etc. The biggest advantage to me is that it doesn't crack like epoxy or that as used in this video you can't just take a screwdriver , chisel or crow bar and whack it of real quick. I had the "privilege" to remove a 20'" long piece of 2x4 that was glued on with this stuff and I spend 30 minutes chiseling away piece by piece, good times !! Since then I have been using it for almost about every application, see some of my other videos on my channel, I will try to upload a few more clips with different applications of this adhesive, since I'm using it in the snow as well. Hope this helps, please subscribe and click the notifications bell, thanks for watching.
