Be there without being there. Come on a virtual walk with me. Either sit back and relax or get on that treadmill and walk with me. I will take you on, mainly short walks and now and again a long walk. Enjoy being there virtually and see what I see. You can use the walks to help you get fit without leaving your home or to help you relax or even get to sleep.
