    Plenty of people already said you were telegraphing. But another mistake is you drop your right hand down even when you you’re demonstrating it slow which means you’ve probably developed that habit. Straight to the target straight back. Keep up the grind

      Nothing wrong with what his doing! Hands constantly high is for beginners more opportunities come from them being low provided you know what your doin .

    • @alvinwalker31
      @alvinwalker31 4 дні тому

      @ That’s true if we were just talking about a guard. Having low hands can bait your opponent. But he is doing it after he punches, then coming back to the high guard. Which means he’s dropping his hand in the bad way, not the, I’m experienced and am baiting you in way.

    • @alvinwalker31
      @alvinwalker31 4 дні тому

      @ it just shows his habits. And dropping your hands are a huge reason why people get knocked out. Unless he’s an mma fighter, those hands shouldn’t drop, especially when demonstrating. But what do I know, it’s not like I’ve trained for over a decade at a variety of gyms😅
