The Winnipeg Minor Volleyball Association (WMVA) was founded in 1999 by a group of Winnipeg-area volleyball enthusiasts. It began by offering mini-volleyball development camps and now offers a growing list of programs for boys and girls of all ages as well as a variety of programs for adults.
The WMVA's mandate is to increase participation in the sport to allow more players the opportunity to enjoy the game at an affordable and recreational level. A secondary goal of the WMVA is to develop coaches. Through its aggressive use of parent-volunteer coaches many club volleyball coaches today can trace their start as volleyball coaches to the participation of their son/daughter in a WMVA program.

Thank you for your question William. These ladies were ~13-14 at the time of filming. :)
Is there a limit or can I do these techniques and not stop
A good suggestion from the video is 2 sets of 20, but you can customize this in any way that work for you!

You've got this!
which way is best to teach when teaching overhand serving? grades 6-8
There are two styles of serving overhand. If you teach them to face their target that is called "piking" and if you teach them to face sideways and turn to serve that is called "rotating." What is important to understand about this is that what they do on the service line is a short-term memory exercise and will become long-term memory (muscle memory) after repetition. That means if they pike when they serve they will pike when they attack. For that reason we have all our younger athletes rotate when they serve. If you want your young athletes to serve overhand effectively you must include at least 15 minutes of arm-speed exercises in your practices. These are when you have them partner up to hit balls off the floor and bounce over the net. Have them hit from one distance (attack line) then move back, and again further back until they can do so from the end-line. We generally play music and make it a competition with "first pair to get 12 over the net." Then move them back and try again. Good luck.
