This is a great instruction video for me. Great.
@@NSX-ROOM huge praise thank you! 🙏🏽
What year integra type R ?
@@salsa5115 2001
Good job i am doing same thing
Everything was perfect , but you messed up with wrongs screw mate ><
@@AtomicFrog77 i screwed up :(
dumb question but are these all oem parts? or did u get aftermarket bolts and/or arms? thank you brotha!
I wonder if this setup will work for the EG’s?
they are not anywhere near the quality you get paired with headers. The throttle seems muted.
wow...one of the best side skirt i ever found, it fit nicely, what brand is it?
What color code is the powdercoat
Thanks for the shout out!! Sorry I’m late to the party, I’m watching this for time! 😅
This is probably the smoothest quickest way I’ve seen hubs removed and installed. Nice tutorial bro and nice tools that make the job way easier!
Hey thank you man I appreciate the feedback! the more I do these the smoother and easier it gets. Happy wrenching!
The pipe coupler is a really good idea. My local Autozone didn’t have the correct coupler loan tools for the job.
Gotta do what ya gotta do! Been working for me for years. Zero issues and very seamless.
what end links did u use ,,, mine is a used asr endlinks and is annoying sound ,,, noisy while driving my integra typeR
Just the asr that it came with
Nice work! I have same spec wheels, and I'm planning on putting same tyres. Did you put any spacers? I thought I wouldn't have to roll my fenders... Thanks!
8mm spacer to clear the spoon calipers
@@mexiricersgarage thank you!
I’m assuming a CRV caliper would work as well?
Try it out and let us know
Those sandals!!
You mean my OSHA approved footwear? 🤔
Another great video
Thx Tom 😃
Doesn't look fun. Lol. Nice job.
Lol it wasn’t too bad actually. Just a lot of screws and bolts 😅
It’s not over size 😂 you gotta burn it and hit it out. Gotta get the thug out of you cmon!
Lmfao. Been a min since i filmed this. What are you referring to?
Bro u got an nsx 😊
Thanks for the video man. I'm getting ready to do the exact same thing on a 99 civic SI.!!!! except I got the bottom arms and the top arms to put in and replace.. and the driver side the sway bar is broken that little piece so I have the pieces to replace that too but yeah man thank you again
Heck yeah man. Happy to hear about it!
Nice work, good trick with using the O ring on the flex socket never seen that before!
Thx man!! I appreciate the view.
Can you just buy the steering knuckle with a new ball joint and wheel bearings? Seems like you could just buy the whole thing so you don't have to press everything in yourself
I’ll pass. Doing the diy is extremely cost effective and the labor isn’t difficult.
Wish I kept my Integra just so I could use this comprehensive walk-through. Do you have a link for the press accessory tool jig thingy?
Oh crap thx for reminding me. Its now in the description!
Putting in more work as always
Trying over here thank you brotha!
Bit late... Great job, and I agree, better to take your time and cover your arse as much as possible. For future reference, if you're ever doing one of these again(I think this applies to all B series), you don't need to buy a cam lock thingie. Honda thought of this. In the first camshaft holder there are two 5mm ish holes that line up with holes in the cams at TDC, drop two 5mm punches(or 5mm drill bits in a pinch) and that locks the whole thing. 👍 BTW nice NSX, cool doggie too 🙂
Man. This is what i really enjoy too about putting out content. Always learning new things from feedback. Thank you dude!!
👏👏👏
🤩🤩
Really nice job on the brake booster. 👍 Those Spoon bits and bobs are gorgeous. Interesting that the first owner went for the option delete on the ABS.
Hey thanks a lot man. Did require lots of tinkering and thinking but I finally got it.
The only toe that's very out is the one from your chancla. #youknowiloveyahomie
Any tips on how to correct that? 😂😂 #alllovebruh
Put on some Chucks cuh
Thanks for sharing this process Robert! Can't wait to use this as a guide to do mine!
Heck yeah man im a text or call away. Looking fwd to your progress!
Pro tip: cover letters with Vaseline before paint, then just wipe off layer 😉
I’ll let my powdercoater know. That’s a neat tip thanks!!
Cool bro
Thx man!!
good video but you competely pushed them out the wrong way lol. they basically fall out when you hit them with hammer from back side. thats why it took so much pressure to push them out. try going from backside next time.
I’ll try that thank you!
They definitely don’t just fall out🤣 but you are right in and out the same way
Lol I was just thinking that. Tapped mines out from the backside with a hammer was easy. It’s slightly tapered.
Nicely done, question bro. The 5 lugs knuckle, is it from ITR 98 spec or civic EK9? I got a 94 integra SiR and planning to build my own ITR 98 spec
You can use em1, civic ex, itr or gsr front knuckles.
I want to replace my shocks/struts on my 1993 Honda Civic DX. Nothing fancy just need new ones. What would you recommend (make of shock strut and where to buy). I want to do front and back
What are your goals? Mainly daily driver or performance driving?
Anything by monroe or gabriel off of rock auto would suffice!
@@mexiricersgarage Daily Driver. I am the original owner. It squeaks alot and when I turn corners it feels like the wheels are hitting the inside of the wheel well. Everything is stock as I bought it in 1993
@@atomictime9410 may want to change out the ball joints as well
@@mexiricersgarage Thanks. I have worked on a few cars but should I have all this done at a professional shop?
Do you have part numbers for the front hubs, rotors & wheel bearing?
Not off hand but they are very easy to locate on bernardiparts.com
Do you still have the ITR wheels?
Very helpful video, ty
Like the content brother keep it up 🫡
Thank you my man 🙏🏽
Oh wow. I never realised the NSX front suspension was so elegant and complex to work on.
It was definitely engineered with love! So many man hours soaked into the design.
Beautiful! What are the offset specs on the sw388s?
15x6.5 +42
Nice r. I hope you don't keep it outside.
Im willing to bet, sponge Bob was behind that brake pedal! 😅😅
I did find him back there. Fucker was bringing it around town. Smh!
Se need to get you some music! And we need to collab asap!!
Simonchas! 🥳🥳
Good Job on rolling those fenders
Thank you!!
Very nice💪🔥👍🤝💯
Nice work, primo
I’m just a chankla wearing messkan. Gracias Primo!!!
More good stuff!!!!
Thx Tom. Trying over here! 😅
@Mexi question.... I have a 2000 (OBD2) is the SRS setup the same ?
Yes!
Did you have any issues with the brake pedal being spongy?
No I did not. That will only happen if you have air in the lines and/or you do not upgrade the brake master to ITR spec.
