Love the color of that scotch in the glass.🥃 John Hughes could really use some real help and assistance. I do know that I’m supposed to already be “up there”. People around here have continued to pretend and mumble a fake conversation, etc. One person around the corner at the bring kindness building stopped and spoke to me. He was driving an Audi E-Ron. And did call me Bub. He said they were burning wood that night; I believe referring to up there. And I heard mentioned cinders night or senders night. I really need a Rieson to please show up here. For me. Meaning that I know someone is somewhere.

@@RobertsonWellen That's amazing. In US prices have gone through the roof. I got 12 CS for $100 3-4 years ago and it is definitely worth it at that price. But now, it's going for $250-$300. Regular SB 10 is going for over $100 here. Just crazy.

thanks for your comment. I've never tried the Ballentine 7, so I can't compare. This Speyburn is quite malty, grassy, and you can really taste the oak and burnt char. slàinte mhath! 🥃

I'll take a punt on this one. I really liked their Stobcross - a young whisky but with a lovely nose and quality flavour.
This one is like Stobcross with added sweet sherry cask notes. I hope you like it! 🥃

Great show. I couldn't ever understand Lowland scotches. Rest of the areas are much more exciting especially Cambletown and speyside.
Thank you! there is huge variety in Lowland distilleries- from heavily peated to heavily sherried and every other cask.
Try the new Distilleries from the Lowlands or an old one, Bladnoch.

Just saw this. I'll give it a go, , till you stretch out video past 3-4 minutes with BS. Name, region, age, barrel type(s), strength, filtering, coloring. SHORT notes using limited descriptors that normal people have smelled / tasted.

to me- yes. This is an un-peated Raasay and it's quite unique and different to the standard releases of Raasay. I like the sweet/sour combination in this one.
I think this is one of the ones that's in the upcoming tasting? I've already tried the 30 Yr Grain, it's a beauty.

Picked up on you mentioning this idea before so set to work for my 70th next year. Have an independent 25 year old Mortlach and a Tobermory 26 year old. Just need a good 19 year old and then wait ............. Colin.
