Hi sir, i have occupied my flat and now having so much issues in flat.i am not getting required support from builder.can i complaint against builder in RERA?

In case of death of member can joint owner of flat ask information,since society is not clearing membership application from last 4 years.

I am getting flat which is not registered, seller has got possession 2 years back but never registered it. Builder will be taking 3 lakhs to do agreement of transfer to transfer the property on my name. Banks also asked to bring agreement of transfer for the loan sanction. Seller also have a loan which I will be paying by applying my home loan to same bank and getting the payment transfer from my loan account to them. Seller took loan using sale agreement which I think not registered. Please suggest is it safe to proceed with this transaction?

What if there is a force majeaur clause which only talks of no compensation to be given on happening of such events and does not include any extension phrase and simultaneously there is also a sunset clause which states automatic termination of contract after specific period and that too expressly is not subject to either force majeaur clause or any grace period. Then in that case will the contract automatically terminate or extension can be given? And can the judiciary rewrite the contract to include extension phrase?
