hi I'm still here! This is "born on a train," originally by the magnetic fields. I found it through a cover by Samia, one of my absolute favorite artists :)
found time in the midst of a lot of things to record this quick cover, + debated adding harmonies and stuff but figured it stood on its own. I'm also writing some originals right now and will try to get one to you soon!

Life update: I moved into my college dorm! I recorded this just before, and I think the video captures some of the transience I'm feeling - I pulled my only green clothes out of a suitcase, I used borrowed headphones, and I was in a house that wasn't mine.
