Went with 8 RZR's and a 4 door jeep. Was a blast. No broken parts, nobody got so stuck that they couldn't back up and take a different line. Highly recommended.
Nibbi Carb Install & Review on YCF 150 Pit Bike
Переглядів 18 тис.3 роки тому
24mm model with flange, took it out to track after this video, veerrryy happy with how it runs now. Power all the way through rev range. Came with all parts needed, pulled out 112 main jet, and put in the 108 it came with and stayed there.

Solo ride in 2020 on the KTM 300 in the Stampede/Dog Valley area. Lots of hidden trails back there if you know how to find them!
YCF Pilot F150 Pit Bike (fake) Carbon Fiber Pipe Install/Review (QUIETER!)
Переглядів 6 тис.3 роки тому
How I installed, little about how it runs and short running clip. One if the cheap pipes from amazon/ebay. Just make sure to buy the smaller one, I think the bigger one would look silly on a pit bike.
2021 YCF Pilot F150 Unboxing/Assembly/First Start (pit bike)
Переглядів 10 тис.3 роки тому
New YCF Pilot F150. Unboxing, assembly and first start. I did swap out oil first thing before running, didn't mention in video. Not sure it's necessary but these things don't take much oil anyways.

I have a 22mm mikuni on mine, is it worth it putting a 24mm nibbi?
This is bullshit the fucking pegs just won’t go on like I just fucking can’t do this
Tanks a lot fort the tips , run very good on my YCF 150 2022, a new bike !!!
Did it come with the Nibbi on it? You put a 22 on it ? I want to know what size was on it originally and what size is your new carb? And why did you need the new one? Thanks
the nibbi came stock on the bike and it was a 19mm and he put a new 24mm carb on it
Thx I ordered mine
good carb bro i love nibbl
What's the jetting size you use for poilet and main jet
You are kinda slow aren't ya.
I got this carb for my gy6 150 short case mini bike and it’s amazing
Got a sub from me ty for the help I just needed to change my needle and the spring washer was throwing me off
Stock Throttle cable? Now trying to install nibbi 26...
I have the same issue with the false neutral between first and second with my 21 SSR 110
We’re was the jet located when you changed it?
How much was that carb
Where did you get the sprocket from having a hard time finding one. I have this same bike on the way for my daughter. This bigger sprocket should make take off not so harsh and be able to stay in gears for longer yea. I also have the muffler and carb you suggested on the way they will be here before the bike dose. Thanks for you video helped make my mind up on the purchase 👍
Congrats on the purchase. I need to do another video, actually got it fully street licensed now with a super moto setup as well. Sprocket is a must. First gear definitely has whiskey throttle tendencies with the torquey 150. Search this, there's a million on Amazon, 16 tooth makes a difference, 17 is pretty top end for dirt, and I think I needed a chain as well but they are cheap to try at 8 bucks. "RUTU 420 17T 17mm Countershaft Engine Sprocket Drive Gear".
so glad mine has electric start. Hope you added oil. Then drain that oil soon and add new oil.
Step 1: The windshield is already removed. How do?
Where did adjust your forks from the top bolt?
Ball end hook tool is great for pulling seals
Debating on getting on These. You still got? If so how is it so far any problems. Still debating what I should do lol
My recommendation is if you want a pit bike buy it. If you want a dirt bike don't buy it. Not the same thing but fun for different reasons. I just saw the 22 model is electric start, that's pretty dope. These are pretty hot little motors, definitely want good shoes on kicking
@@randomhobbieschannel 2022 models have problems with electric start I Hurd
@@randomhobbieschannel learned the good shoes thing the hard way when i had to try and kick it like 70 times in vans yesterday lol
How long did it take you to get this delivered? Also do you still have this and if so how is it so far. Was thinking about purchasing one but I’m not 100% sure
Took a looong time. From ordered like 4 months or something on backorder. Still have it, actually just installed a custom light system, and supermoto wheels. Just got it plated last week for buzzing around town. Only have like 20 hours on it still but running great. Hope to get the conversion video up and let people know how it went plating it, in Nevada at least
Great review but the crying baby in the background is just torture to listen to
Do you remember the length on that new carbon fiber exhaust? I measure 300mm on stock, found one on Amazon that is 330mm and hoping the extra 30mm won’t matter too much
That was the length of this one too. Quite a few are a lot longer but this fits good. This is the part number from ebay where I got mine. Just remember to lock tight the insert! 255073820174
how heavy are you? you look heavier that me im only 160lbs so maybe that suspension would deal better
Do you install out of the box or do some tunning before?
Did you have any problems with the kick stand rubbing the swing arm
Yes it sometimes would, I just grabbed it and bent it out a bit and it's been fine since. Not sure if it'll last or if it likes to bend that way...but it worked for me!
Guys I need y’all help it’s either this pit bike or a 150 crf
Whats tge part number of this nibbi. I can't seem to find it with the flange
Pe24fl
Doing a rear window in my pickup right now and needed a quick guide to doing this. Thank you!
I have piranha Daytona 190 +20hp. Check it out. BK racing819.
How is the air draw through the factory boot/box? I saw others go to external UNI POD filters but I was recommended not to do so and stay with the airbox. Going to order this for my Pilot 150 today
As far as I know and looking at inlet/filter size I'd say it's fine. Even better the box keeps a lot of dirt and contaminants from clogging up the filter and keeps water off it. I'd recommend leaving it as is. Only drawback I see is the design for changing it isn't great, definitely didn't need all the Allen bolts just to hold the cover on
My son has the same bike, and the stock muffler is LOUD. I would say it is as loud as a YZ250F or even a CRF250F ... maybe even louder. The stock bike DOES NOT come with a spark arrestor or any sort of noise reducing baffle. If you plan to ride one of these on State land (OHV trails, etc.) you'll likely be stopped and maybe even cited for noise. The Pilot F150 is the only YCF bike I've heard run, but it is NOT going to be suitable for single track trail riding in stock form. My son rides his Pilot on a private track in a rural area, but there are homes nearby and so far we haven't had any complaints, but personally I think it's only a matter of time before people get fed up. If there's one thing that kills local tracks, it's noise. My son also rides a KTM 125SX on the same track. He's been on 2-strokes since he was little, and we've have had a few complaints about noise over the years with the 2-stroke bikes (which is a very different sound, but not one that carries as far as a 4-stroke). So I've tried to tell him that riding the Pilot F150 (which he bought for fun, and so he plays on it more frequently than he rides his race bike) might be the thing that pushes neighbors over the edge and ultimately puts an end to his private track. My son is 16, and at the age where most of what I say is just noise to him. He doesn't fully appreciate the good things he has, and this pitbike might just be the thing that causes him to lose it.
My pilot just did that to my private track in my backyard. If I get a quieter exhaust, I’d be okay. Still worry with this silencer it won’t be enough - I have a TTR 125 as well that the neighbors said was fine all day long.
How is the bike holding up for you?
does anyone know if mikuni vm series jets fit nibbi carbs ???
No u have to use kehin 21 series jets
I cannot find the exact Nibbi carb for my 150 Pilot. I can find a 24mm that looks identical but the stenciled part number is slightly different. Hmmmm I wonder if installing a 26 would be too much?
I'm not sure, to clarify this is a 24mm Nibbi Flange model. I don't think a 26 would be too big, but might be harder to get tuned just right with reduced air velocity at lower rpm
Hi, what pilot jet did you use?
First kick 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That plastic heat shield did look odd, usdually heat shields have a little valley for a rubber gasket to slide into and that side faces the engine, with a normal gasket on top of that against the carb. And I put a vm 26 Nibbi on my 140 engine which I beige is the same engine as that one. Both from zongshen. And the 26 was is almost too much. And I hear they run best without any adjustments right out the box. And 19mm is for a 110. And yeah the the 26 mm has tons of pull out the bottom almost to much. I believe mine was at 130 pilot jet and a 110 or 115 main but the 24 is prolly the best choice as prolly with a foam uni air filter I’m not sure about the box. Now I e gif a Daytona with a 28 keihin and heard I could go up to a 33mm but I’d want an EFI 33mm or a billitron 33, or a yoshimera 33 so it’s not too violent . I bet the smaller carb was put on to please emissions regulators. They ussually are
any interest in selling the stock muffler?
Zukis for life ! Bad ass zuki Rig !
Thank you sir 👍
I believe the 2020 models (and before) came with a Mikuni 26mm from factory. I wonder what took YCF to make such a big jump on carb "size" for the 2021 model... 🤔 Nice videos. 👍
I’m not sure what would have sparked the change (emissions maybe?) but this was definitely an improvement and helped it to rev out and pull gears longer.
@@randomhobbieschannel Appreciate the info. Good to know, for anyone interested in one if these bikes. 👍
I have a 2015 Ycf 150 as a project bike, what is the best gear ratio for top speed? Has perfect power but just wanting somthing that didn’t rev out so hard
Did the F150 not come with a baffle? I'm pretty sure they used to come with one (also removable). Nice videos. I'm considering ordering a Limted Edition of one of these, and the info on the channel is very useful. Appreciate.
Mine did not, I thought I read they did somewhere, but we ordered 2 at the same time and neither had it in the box. Thanks for watching! Glad it’s helpful to you
What front sprocket did you settle with?
17T
yeah these say its a silencer I seen these I might get one or two.
Definitely recommended, make sure to add some thread locker to the insert!
The skinwalker in the back Got me 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Very cool!
Very cool!
Russia is watching you Very cool
Man, like you! I also put the pe24 on the f150 with a 108 jet, as you recommended. Thank you very much from Russia!
Can you show the model of the carb or part number please
For sure, it’s a Nibbi PE24FL. This is the way to go for sure, in my opinion, as it bolts right in like the stock one as it’s 80% the same carb. Posted the number to search in Amazon in another comment, takes you right to it.
