Lake Wales, about 30 years ago. We were UK squaddies and camped at the DZ. Bought guns n ammo at Walmart, fell in love, drank like fish, and jumped out of planes non-stop for three weeks. Things were less complicated in those days lol.

The premise of the campaign is that the land is plagued for some unknown reason which is causing people to become sick and creatures to be horribly mutated and aggressive. The adventurers will need to identify the source of the plague and neutralize it somehow. When designing encounters make sure to incorporate a mix of easy, hard, and deadly challenges for the players. When you initiate combat make sure to have everyone roll for initiative to determine the order of combat, then follow the initiative to determine the order in which players and NPCs act. When selecting NPCs and monsters for encounters make sure to incorporate special abilities, spells, resistances, and immunities and account for those during combat. During combat always designate the type of damage that is done and account for resistances associated to this damage. Make sure to include rewards for the players in the form of gold, gems, magical items, and NPC boons. When in a densely populated environment such as a big city it isn't uncommon for thieves and pickpockets to be around looking for opportunities to make a quick coin off its residents and visitors. Mainly I wanted to add a bit more context to the setting and story. And wanted to also add prompts based on things I noticed were missing from the story and encounters. I will say the AI is incredibly good at creating a compelling narrative, but the one thing I am still not convinced of is its ability to design more advanced challenging combat encounters.

Ours does seem to have some repetition as well. Most of the time it’s the same monsters just “bigger and stronger”. Despite asking it to stay away from repetitive cliches. But it is getting better and better! Thanks for commenting and watching! Hope our prompt works for you :)

For panels on all of our builds we get measurements for what will fit and go to Facebook marketplace to find something that will work. We use MPPT solar charge controllers which is most efficient and it converts the voltage so we don’t have to worry about the voltage output vs our battery setup voltage. In this case we found a 300 watt panel brand new that fits perfectly on top of the 4Runner. These aren’t manufactured anymore and are honestly cheap panels so browse what’s available near you. We usually look for a reputable panel manufacturer with a warranty as this shows they expect them to last. A good panel slightly used is better than what we have here. Q-Cell, Tesla, etc,

In the bottom right corner on the mobile app there is an audio icon that will pull up voice mode. Here you can chat back and forth with ChatGPT. We press and hold the button so ChatGPT won’t cut us off when it thinks we are done talking. A viewer on our first series with ChatGPT actually taught us this. 👍 I’m not sure if the interactive voice feature is part of the paid version or available for all. Try it and let us know if it works for you.

Thats awesome! You definitely should make some videos. We'd love to see how your campaigns are going! And at first, it was cutting out on us as well, but with 4o it's been outlasting us most sessions. How long are your sessions normally? Another thing we've noticed; if we generate images on the same day as we play a session, it doesn't last long at all. Images eat up the daily cap for sure.

Yes we’re using Chat GPT 4Omni, which is the paid subscription right now. Last year we did a few videos on using Chat GPT 4 before they came out with the new one and we had similar issues. It seems to forget some stuff, and it definitely couldn’t remember anything that was supposed to be behind the scenes. If it didn’t say it out loud, it didn’t keep track. So it kept scrambling enemies HP and initiative order. Not really usable for D&D during battles. Chat GPT 4Omni is DEFINITELY way better.

Oooo interesting! In the next session it does a good job of controlling a few NPC’s that fight alongside us, but it would be cool to ask it to have a full time player to see how it goes!

In previous episodes, it was obvious that the sessions lasted much shorter, now they definitely last a LOT longer, however the alcohol and late hours made us quit before Chat GPT did 😂 so I don’t have a specific usage to say other than a LOT longer than the previous times. Stay tuned and we’ll try to get a you a more specific response hahaha
