@T_man350 I will definitely be offering minor league contracts to several of those international players. Really solid pool this year. I agree with scouting and will definitely focus more on development. Homegrown talent is way we have to go on this smaller budget. Hopefully, this is the beginning of the Baybeays dynasty! Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. I wonder if I focus more on error ratings than range if the trade off on not getting to more balls vs less errors will be worth it? Maybe allowing a few more hits is better than a few more errors?

First of all, welcome to the community!! This game is a grind for sure, but don't let it overwhelm you at first. Don't be afraid to let your Assistant GM take some things off your plate at first. You can control that under "manager options". I started out with an established team and played with them for a few seasons to get the handle of the game. It's a ton of fun once you get all the mechanics down. Also, thanks so much for watching! I apologize for my volume and screen size.🤣 I am new to this and fixed those issues after episode 10ish. Thanks! I fixed the volume and the screen size afterward. I had pre-recorded the first part of all the funky moves just so I didn't screw it up 🤣. Didn't realize the volume was low until i was several episodes in and too late. Sorry about that. It gets better, I promise!
