I’m sorry but the characters are no way connected to the real people at all, the characters are fictional and this video is not supposed to be about Edd’s death at all. Besides, Eddsworld itself has lots of stuff with the characters being killed off.

@TordParker2.0 ok. Eddsworld is ok with the whole killing each other, but THIS. This is just not even ok. Yes. I know that they are not the characters and they don't have any connection but can you just stop and think about Tom and Matt irl? Sure they aren't as sensitive as me but I don't think that they would like the ending very much. And plus that THING, the thing that looks like tom, keeps coming back into my mind. I'm scared of it. I hate it. I feel like this is ruining Eddsworld. I feel like this is rubbing dirt on something that's supposed to make people happy and, me personally feel like myself, free from people expecting me to be "normal" not weird and bouncing up and down being silly, because it makes me feel better about myself. But this isn't just about me but about Edd's friends and his fandom. What if it spreads to other AUS? VHS horror only feels like the people who made it wants to make the creator look bad! Is it not ok to be concerned about people who you care about?

@@Sengelhard5951 Sorry but this is the internet, people always do these horror stuff it is a normal thing. Especially horror stuff with cartoon related things. I also don’t really see anything wrong with the video or its ending and I am sure the irl people won’t see anything wrong at all, especially since they’re just fictional characters. If horror videos are not your thing it is best to not watch it. People don’t have to stop making these horror content just because they’re people who don’t like it or see it as wrong. Also there are already AUs who do these sort of horror things, it is all fictional. It isn’t supposed to harm anyone not even the irl people. And I’m sure the irl people won’t see anything wrong with it since they themselves know it is just fictional and that it is about the characters, not them. The person who created this definitely didn’t do it to disrespect Edd Gould or the other irl people, they said it themselves that they took it down because people saw it that way but it wasn’t supposed to be that way at all. Other people on the internet literally make similar videos like this but with other shows. I do not understand why people are suddenly coming after the creator of this video just because it is Eddsworld. Eddsworld isn’t all sunshine or lollipops, there are episodes where the characters go after each other, hurt each other or even kill/try to kill each other. Hell, there is an episode where Edd and Tord spy on two lesbian women from their house or make jokes about corn. (replace the ‘c’ with a ‘p’) Eddsworld isn’t even for kids yet kids watch it. The main four are adults. They kill, go on dates, attack zombies, hurt each other, etc.

@@TordParker2.0 but is it wrong to be concerned about them? I just really want the original Eddsworld and it's AUs that's all. And here's the thing about avoiding that... I, clicked on it because I thought it was going to be something like Eddsworld, I don't hate people who like horror, I hate it when it just ruins it for people like me, I would have watched Ruined now but a part of me is scared to see that face staring at me. And plus SpongeBob has this stuff too. I don't think a child would want to have their favorite sponge just turned into a monster. I don't want Tom to be that thing, that isn't really the Tom we know and I know it. I have hidden these thoughts and feelings from fans for months, and I really consider them my friends... I just want to associate them with positive feelings and not constantly fight these foes, even if they are my favorite character. I just don't want to. At least understand Tordparker2.0, please?

@ It isn’t wrong to feel concerned, I understand feeling scared about these type of content but if you noticed the video being creepy when watching it is best to just click off of it immediately. These type of videos will exist, there is an entire fandom who enjoys these type of horror content. It is okay not to like it, if you don’t like it then it is best to click the three dots and then click not interested. Try to stay away from content like this so UA-cam doesn’t recommend it to you. The characters will of course not be similar to the ones in the show, it is supposed to be like this. It is horror and the characters will be different in these kinds of content. If you do a good job at staying away from watching these videos then UA-cam won’t show it to you. I also don’t think it is right to just tell someone to take the video down, this kind of content is okay. UA-cam allows these stuff as long as it doesn’t break any of the guidelines. This video isn’t breaking any guidelines, UA-cam isn’t for kids so of course these videos will exist.

If you didn’t notice Bonnie’s form of revenge, SpongeBob turn evil from 7/25/2005, he possessed Bonnie and turn him into a monster and even more than that, Bonnie killed his enemies and friends except for Freddy, but luckily, after the incident after what he done, Bonnie was able to control himself again but doesn’t change in his form!
