What’s this from
Considering this comment was from a month ago or so, you might have figured out where this is from, but I'll explain what I know just in case. I believe it is often associated with the former Lego products called "Bionicles" in 2004 or 2005 (Different sources say different years) as a theme for them that year or something. I don't know anything about Bionicle or anything about Lego, but Bionicles seemed to have changing themes of the sort for their products over the years until their end in 2009, this is theirs from 2004/2005. Take what I said with a grain of salt though, I don't know much about Bionicles but that's what I got from a bit of online searching. I at least know this song is commonly associated with Bionicle. I mainly just found this song because it's the type of music I listen to regularly.
