    What the fuck?! If u werent removing your back undertray. You could have beaten the undertray for hours and debris would be still falling of. What I dont understand how all the mud reaches this place? I have a 2022 Performance model. Now i wonder if they fixed this. I guess only way to find out is to remove it as well. fml

    It’s a good idea to keep a jug of kitty litter in the trunk. Puts some around the wheels and drive away. It’s gritty. Works better than sand. 😸

      If you don’t have snow mode button in your Volvo just start out in 3rd gear in deep snow. This is Volvo’s snow mode. Many people don’t know that.

    How long did this take? I am planning on doing this but live deep in the country with no garage. I removed part of one and the tabs were really worn down and hard to pop out - 80k miles in 2 years down dirt road and I still had less than you. But clear coat has all but evaporated

      Both sides (front) maybe 1,5 hours. Car had 50 000 kilometers in odometer and most of it on asphalt. I think that soil type affects the accumulation of dirt a lot.

      If you get stuck in deep snow and don’t have winter mode button put the shift in drive then paddle the shifter up to third gear and start out in third. give it some gas. Once your out shift back to drive. Also keep a jug of kitty litter in the trunk. You can toss some around the tires for traction.

    For all newbie commenting about not a good driver or bad tires This is not about the car it's a clicbate This is clear a ground clearance problem not AWD systems problem or that finally a Volvo has fail that'll never happen This is not knowing your terrain

    • @Kuulas
      @Kuulas 2 роки тому

      This is just a silly test. It's not Volvo's problem in any way. We did know our terrain and we did know what will happen. The field was filled with powder snow and the car had just "ok" condition winter tyres. That's why we had a tractor with us. ; )
