RTG is a media company founded in 2024 under the guidance of Michigan State graduate Bryan Rector. The vision Mr. Rector set forth is to combine, sports, faith and lifestyle into a conglomerate of podcasts, feature stories and interviews into digestible content accessible and impressionable on audiences everywhere.

Bryan has utilized his connections at home in Oregon, at MSU and across the country for inside access and deep sourcing into information that guests and listeners alike are passionate about. Under the RTG umbrella, there are two unique podcast platforms.

The first is Treading Grain Podcast which relates to the intersection of faith in sports and conversation Christian athletes. Rec Room Enterprises, the second of the two, is a short form content based debate platform where the rules are simple. One guest, one conversation starter, 12 minute timer and no context. All bets are off when the Rec Room comes alive.
