@@CriminalityIsMid i WILL give credit where credit is due; the animation, designs and backgrounds have gotten a LOT better than it used to be. however, the storytelling has gotten worse, in my opinion. by a LOT. the only corrupt that actually feels like an actual threat throughout the whole series is Cubic. even Ajaceare's whole "threat" thing was made out to be LOT more than it really was. in s2ep3, it really didnt take much to get her down, other than like, 6 seconds of fighting. (i will say that i do understand that animation is hard, take it from me. but it feels.. disappointing, in a way.) the whole "family arc" also felt like it was really just, shoved in there at the last second. not to mention the end of it was pretty dang inconclusive(? is that the word-) imo. very little emotion was shown, especially considering how Pentellow literally *found her father* after not knowing ANY of her family members for her whole life; 25 years. there should've been SOME tears. i mean, c'mon. and also there's a LOT of plotpoints that are just, forgotten. at the end of s1ep3 Pentellow mentions that Pyrare got corrupted in the past, but then its just..never mentioned again? and the fact that its said like its common knowledge is really. Augh- there's definitely a LOT more but we're getting ready to leave for my grandma's; if u want more examples do feel free to ask :]
