What’s more insane is there are literally instructions for every single part that tell you how to install each part. someone that’s never built a PC would be better off, going purely off the manuals. It’s like these guys had no idea how to do it and didn’t look at a single manual.

What’s insane is even if this was a good video where they did everything correctly, the editing is still sh*t. You can’t ever see what they’re doing. They tell you to do something, but don’t show what they’re doing or explain it. They skip like 50% of the actual steps like they don’t ever mention the standoff screws for example. There’s no information here even if they said everything correctly.

I was suprised at the reactions to the price. It's sad that 1000$ for a gaming PC is almost standard nowadays. Hell 1000 for a fucking GPU is becoming normalized.

as if all the overly complicated bad information and the horrible build order weren't bad enough, there's all the actual tricky challenges he just completely skips over. suddenly it's complete and definitely posted first time no cap. don't know where all those fans came from, but glad to hear that your power button magically works without plugging in any headers... but it's not that 13 people watched this and thought it was fine. that would be bad enough.. what actually happened is they struggled like hell to actually get the machine working, had horrible benchmarks in MSFS because it's built all wrong, recorded LoL with performance capped and threw that in as another "benchmark," and then deliberately posted a shite tutorial because they are shameless hacks working for Vox. then they disable comments when it's flooded with downvotes and people freaking out about how they're going to cause serious damage for people, then take a few more days before someone at legal points out that this is a not nice thing to do and they are forced to take it down because of financial liability implications. then, they filed false copyright claims against other youtubers discussing it, then tried to excuse the copyright abuse by calling one of the youtubers racist....

Genuine question. Why are the ram slots set up so that the slots are staggered for the same channel? Is there any reason its set up that way? Cause if i was a layman i’d think that the slots were meant to be paired together.

I remember watching reactions to this verge video back in 2018. It's how I discovered It'sagundam and I was also a complete novice with PC gaming🤣 It piqued my interest in building my own PC and I started watching other PC build channels and did research that culminated in me finally building my first PC in 2021. The reactions to the Verge video showed me that PC building wasn't so hard, if you just follow instructions and don't follow bad instructions😊👍

Just watching this compilation. The worse thing about this video and prove it was complete lies and they did massive editing was the long radiator screws. It’s not physically possible to screw the long screws all the way through because they are not fully threaded. So he had to pull them out to mount the fans, but they didn’t include that in the video.

How did you increase the core clocks of gtx 550ti to 1800MHZ. We cannot get that much high normally because it has only 900MHZ stock speed. Edited Thanks bro. I FOLLOWED every settings as you showed and it works as the same. I think 1800Mhz is just x2 multiplied by msi after burner error but not overclocked

a 2.000 dollars gaming pc would cost me 24.000 reais. How long does it take for an american being paid the minimum wage, working 40 hours per week, to accumulate 2000 dollars? less than two month, as it averages on 1400 per month. How long does it take for me, a brazilian living by the minimum wage, to accumulate that? Well, first, 1 dollar=6 reais, so 2 thousand dollars equals 12 thousand reais, but since we dont produce pc parts here we gotta import, and just the protective tax is 60% of the value of the product, so a 1000 dollar product in the US will cost at least 1600 dollars here, but thats not the only tax. Summing up other taxes and resell profit it eats out another 40%, so we end up with a 2000 dollar product. So a $2000 pc gets automatically set to $4000 dollars here, and since 1 dollar equals 6 reais, 4*6=24. Now you might ask, well, it surely will cost you at most 4 months to make this then, right? Thats the sad part. Remember when I said the minimum wage in the US averages to 1400 dollars per month? The minimum wage in brazil is at 1200 reais per month (235 dollars more or less), so it would take me almost two years to accumulate the amount of money to get 24000 reais, since I only make 1250 per month. Of course, no one can save all of the salary, we have to eat, pay taxes, services, etc, so it takes muuuch more to actually save 24000 reais. If, after buying my components, I enter youtube and watch verge tutorial and fry my pieces, I would save a bit more money, hire a lawyer and literally sue them for misinformation which led to patrimony damage
