Been kayak fishing 8+ years, but this is 1st year in this Bigwater. Kayak crate is from previous kayak, but otherwise the rest is since start of this year.

Needed to get it all set for the salmon and steelhead runs!

Yes you can eat bass, but it’s good practice to be selective.

@@dougnashz Because pike have the “Y” bones, by the time you get all the bones out of a small pike, there’s not much left of the fillet. But otherwise if you catch a bigger one, they’re great to eat, especially deep fried.

Yep it’s where I got my start in fishing. Brought back so many memories.

Thanks! An important thing I didn’t mention in either video: wherever you mount it, make sure the angle bar sits as flat as possible. Mounting across my rear tracks works but they have a slight angle to them. So when I raise the motor, it doesn’t sit perfectly horizontal. But otherwise yeah, you’re gonna love it! So much fun.

One of my favorite places to fish. Fishing the lake is my number 1 choice but if too windy fishing the river is awesome. Go to lure for the river is a flicker shad.
