I totally agree with your statement. These Craftsman Overdrive wrenches are really nice and the price point is even better. My Snap-On combination wrenches are great and all but very expensive. Craftsman has their "V-Series" tools, which is their top tier stuff... very nice quality.

Are you having trouble popping the ATF cooler back on? It's not to difficult but really tedious. You need to get underneath to help line everything up and then go back up top. Drive your BMW X3 on ramps or jack up onto jack stands, this should be helpful.

Yes these rotors are pretty big and the stopping power is great. The geomet coating works well here in the salt belt.

The combo wrenches are sold separately at Lowes but I didn't the the sockets separately. Those sockets should work great with those teeth. I've seen the grabbing teeth on the open end but never on the box end or inside sockets. I can't believe the price...even without the Black Friday discount it's only a buck fifty.

I don’t think they are putting those out. But a set of Mac rbrt 3/8” metric shallow sockets is like $280-300 and the deeps are around the same so for $379 you can get the whole set which goes up to 24mm in 1/2” and 1” in sae I have the wrenches already I am not inretested in the ratchets but I want the metric sockets.

The Overdrive Series are readily available at Lowes and Ace Hardware...the older Craftsman "Professional Series" sets we referenced in the last 2 videos were special order. If Sears had offered the Craftsman Professional Series in store I believe they would have been quite popular.

I have yet to find any of the gun metal coatings last. It is no where the hardness of chrome. Looks great new but my Matco ratchet looks rough after just a few months of hard use.

Really, I personally didn't know SK made those Craftsman Professional series back in the day.

Appreciate you sharing your knowledge with the manufacturing of the Craftsman Professional Series tools. I own a really good set of SK long reach ratcheting box wrenches, they are my go to set for certain situations.

They where made by many manufacturers, a reason why some where OK, other where outstanding. The most remember and highly regarded was the SK made ones.

@@andrestnt correct, Craftsman is just a tool name brand, nothing was made in a craftsman factory as they didn’t exist. Most tools got made by western forge, Pratt reed, Armstrong, sk, danaher and the apex tool group.

No. the front struts don't have camber adjustment, so basically we put toe back to the same spot before disassembly. If there is an issue with camber after installing new strut assembly I would purchase a Steeda Camber Plate set for the front camber adjustment Or maybe an Eibach camber kit.

They are a bargain considering the quality and comparison to some competitors.

I haven't had any major issues finding OEM or aftermarket parts for this motor/engine. The Volvo 4.4liter DOHC v8(B8444S) was in production from 2005-2010 and was initially offered in the Volvo XC90 then offered in the Volvo s80.

I actually went to that Subaru dealership to get CVT oil for my daughters 2013 Impreza hatchback but as soon as I pulled into the lot I couldn't take my eyes off it.

Yes this particular example had a bunch of options, the MSRP on the RS model is $28,.975. The Impreza Base model starts at $24,085 but I think the extra $4900.00 for the RS trim is money well spent. A 2023 WRX starts at $30,605 for the manual shift model and the "Subaru Performance Transmission" or Automatic Transmission is $1850 more plus the transportation fee.

@strongislandautoenthusiast841 I traded a 2016 base impreza for a 2023 WRX Premium with HK sound and moonroof option last weekend. I would have considered the RS Impreza except no sedan and no manual. I had to put on 16 inch after market alloy wheels and upgrade to the kicker speakers with my own amplifier in the Impreza. Glad I don't have to do much to the WRX except window deflectors and foot well illumination.

@@samael1981 Congratulations on the 2023 WRX Premium model with the manual shift!! I own a 2017 WRX Premium model w/manual shift and love it. I happen to really like hatchbacks but I definitely have to have the manual shift.
