I'm just a guy from England who started off roof topping then transitioned into training Parkour. My aim is to improve and hopefully become somewhat professional.
My videos take you through my progression and show my abilities back then vs now. I hope others can also get inspired by me or other people in the parkour community and join in with the parkour challenges themselves!

I might actually do a playlist of videos where I go to different locations (hotels) and because I'm there for the day, train parkour. Combine the two

Yeah man. Mental barriers can be a bitch though 😅 Just when I got up there I didn't feel ready. But I am getting closer to doing it 👍
Bro. Just had another session the other day. Overcome other running pres and ticked off some little challenges. But that first running jump on here... I just can't see myself doing it yet. Idk why. I think it's cause when it comes to jumps I have to go 100% on. I freeze up. Any tips on what helps you? I am improving on most things but some jumps just really feel like a mental block is in the way.
@Zorls I find it helps for me if I prep the jump level and make it easy and I know its all just a mental barrier I try to only focus on my last 3 steps before takeoff. If I can run at the jump and my last 3 steps feel right in that moment I know the jump is already done and all I have to to is let my body do it. Its almost like the e steps befor the jump are more important than the jump itself.
