CapCut was made by a Chinese company called *ByteDance.* and the company makes around 120 billion American Dollars. CapCut should not apply *Pro (Premium)* feature to the fonts, effects, and the features. Only one effect, font, or text will be Pro. So not wanting the app paid? Shut down the app and Re-launch the app again.

Why capcut should turn free. Because the most of the effects and some of the features are *Premium* (meaning paid). if you don't want CapCut turning into an app where only the few effects are free, make CapCut become unpaid. The reverb and echo effects will turn free, and many of the effects will be free again.

considering my take on this situation, this won’t affect me much cause I just use CapCut to edit vlogs, but some of the fonts and effects I use have become pro so I’ve switched editing apps, additionally since TikTok will most likely get banned in the US it’s likely that CapCut will lose most of their users and this would probably give them a reality check…
