Maighstir really was a stand out with clementines and fruit juice notes. The two entry level Wiseman Bourbon and Wiseman Rye were delicious as well. Maureen’s guidance over each dram and insights are fantastic. Thanks guys, wish I had been able to join in live

Great interview with Rachel Thompson. They’re seem to be making some great whisky after sampling some of their range in the recent VT.

Pleased as always to have the chance to try more whisky - thank you TWL! Definitely succeeded in forming a "scotch-esque" bourbon in Maighstir but I can't go past those berry/blackcurrant notes in confiscated! Looking forward to your coming blend Maureen!

Another great virtual. The 2 Wiseman’s were great value, especially the rye. Pick of the night for me was definitely the Maighstir, followed closely by the Takumi. Great introduction to the brand.

Def a fave virtual of the year so far. Loved every release we tried, and was surprised that my fave of the night was the one I expected to like the least. Ended up buying a bottle. This is why I love the virtuals!

Sounds great. Have enjoyed the other Morris whiskies I’ve tried. If I’m having whisky with a mixer, I tend to always use rye, so I might have to try this one out. To be honest, the apple juice highball sounds delish

Have become a huge fan of Sagamore. Great base rye, but the finished ryes are done really well. Love the sherry finish rye and the rum cask goes ridiculously well in a ginger highball

Great show every year, and lineup changes every time so is always a fantastic day out. The yearly event I certainly won’t miss

Karen & I love the virtual tastings. Living a rural town, it great to be able to go to a Whisky Tasting and not have to stay overnight and drive 100kms to get to the tasting. We have tried so many amazing whiskies that that we wouldn't have bought even in a bar, as we don't want to waste money on a whisky we don't like.

Absolutely love the Whisky List virtuals!!! Best way to either try a range of whiskies from a distillery I’m not familiar with, or to taste some absolute unicorns that I’d never have been able to try otherwise. Also, best way to try before I buy! Only hard part is stopping myself from doing absolutely every virtual tasting that comes around.

I love what you guys do I'm a whisky drinker..and have three of your offerings so far .and enjoy them all .I will be adding more soon ..thank you and keep up the great work..Trev.

Amazing lineup for the evening, really enjoyed it. For me the standouts were the Springbank, Glen Moray & BruichLaddich but o be honest they were all stellar drams. And the company wasn’t bad either. Can’t wait for the next one.

Another amazing lineup. The Glen Grant and the Glen Moray both really surprised me by how great they were. The Bruichladdich was just a touch too funky for my tastes haha

just for clarification, of course it's best to use a coffee filter instead of a paper towel. This demo shows how easy it is using materials one might have at home already, to be used in an emergency cork crisis
