It actually makes sense when you think about it they have to save some interesting characters to sell dlc if it’s all in base game nobody will buy the dlc

the game was in development for 4 years, super finished up, daima is going to be ongoing. yeah the fact that characters were cut but it STILL managed to be the biggest roster in dragon ball history at launch is amazing. a vast majority of the cut characters will likely be post-launch dlc or free updates.

sparking zero will be the new xenoverse 2 so its probably going to get DLC for the next 10 years. They leave characters out on purpose so you'll want to buy the DLC. Also its probably going to have daima characters as dlc within a month or two at after launch

Bardock Special was never canon, Toriyama liked it enough to reference Bardock in the manga, but he made his own thing later. But that doesn't mean these characters aren't canon and most of the story in Bardock's Special can still had happened offscreen with some changes (I'm pretty sure Selipa/Fasha appeared briefly in Super Broly). And about "who would pay for Selipa or Paikuhan", the DLCs will be released in packs of characters, with the 3 confirmed packs having about 6 to 8 characters (in a total of 20 or more), so it's not hard seeing them being packed with more interesting characters, like Xenoverse does.

I mean Dabura was the demon king so I doubt there would just be a random voice line from King Vegeta in a clip of Dabura getting his butt kicked and saying "but I am the king"

King Piccolo and Zangya weren't in BT1, Zangya was added in BT2 and King Piccolo was in Wii BT2 and while Pikkon is in the Anime's Filler, he's considered a Movie Character. Now, my theory is why at least, Kaioshin, Kibitoshin, Fasha, Zangya, Salza, Super 17 and Nuova Shenron (and maybe Appule, but Im streching it) were cutted is because they're very directly related to characters that would be new to Tenkaichi; The Rest of Bardock's Squad for Fasha, The other two Members of Cooler's Armored Squad for Salza (Although they're in RB2 tho), the other Galaxy Soldiers for Zangya and the other Shadow Dragons for Nuova Shenron (and Raspberry for Appule, but then again, I'm streching it) and In the case of Kibitoshin and Super 17, they're Product of a Fusion and maybe they want the other component of the Fusion (Kibito for Kibitoshin and Hell FIghter 17 for Super 17) but the only Brand New Characters to Tenkaichi are the DBS ones, so I assume they're prioritizing only brand new characters from DBS, so they might be saving them to include them along with the characters they're related to I do find Pikkon, Base Garlic Jr and King Vegeta's omissions baffling tbh

Why did the Sonic 2 prototypes keep taking you to 2 player mode in the level select? Are you using an outdated emulator or accidentally pressing the button combo for 2 player mode? If you run them on Kega Fusion, it doesn't do that. Also, the desert zone in Sonic 2 was actually named Sand Shower Zone, and Dust Hill Zone was always a prototype name for Mystic Cave Zone. I don't think the name fits it at all, since you can't exactly have a hill *underground,* but that's what TCRF says.
