Not a fan of this preselection model. Yes there is more participants this way, but If you share the floor with a big name you are doomed. You'll get no attention regardless of your performance.
Exactly thats why we always get the popular names in the top 24 and other talent is neglected

If you saw two ppl chances are you can't dance as well as you think including me...... I saw one person dancing each round and another person attempting to dance.
I will say this tho the girl against kuty definitely caught my attention so I don't think the set up is bad I think its "why are you here if you know the level of this competition"

Its preselections It works this way in pre selection rounds
They do it in preselection for this event a few years now, because so many want a chance to participate in SDF. In 2017 the Preselection was over 3.5 hours long and they already had 2 people at once dancing. Thats very exhausting for the judges (and even for the audiance). I think a few years prior House forever etc. where also held on the same day.
