One question pls, you said try not to eat when not hungry, what if I woke up, and I am not hungry but I still need to eat my breakfast?
things like this vary from person to person and you should be doing what works for u. however, if you have early mornings or are in school and i would definitely recommend you eat something even if it’s light. sometimes i only drink tea which may also work for you ;)
