❤❤sir can you please telll me how many months of practise is required from start to end?
@sobmtuiii2877 It only took me a week of practice by tearing fewer cards and adding a few more each time I tried. This was awhile ago now. I can now tear full decks no problem with my quickest in just 1 second. It did tear up my hands the first few times, but they eventually toughen up to it.
❤ Wau que homem das maos forte 😮
Good workout. What results have you seen from sandbag? What muscles you see that grow with this?
Good workout
used to do this to showoff to my kids lol......guess ill try hit some grippers again when my forearm heals nice tribal tats too keep up the good work
How's your knees after a day?
@k1n752 My knees were absolutely fine. I just had a few days of DOMS afterwards, mainly in the quads, core and glutes. I'd built up to 500 over time, so it was within my limits, but I certainly wouldn't advise that amount without working up to it.
😂😂😂😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Even though we don't have a side view, we can see that this weight is being lifted with a "rounded" back, which is terrible for the lumbar spine and can cause herniated intravertebral discs.
Good job 👍

Beast mode!
cool i am a beginner and using barbell , my question is i heard repetation is cause injury so dont repeat a lot ppl say , what do you think for example , chin up constantly and got tennis elbow stories out there
Keep going 🤘🔥
Hahahaha
Devastating pile driver. Reminiscent of "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff.
Try this with pull-ups and resting 10 seconds between reps.
Both of them are assholes. I hate both of them for my point they deserved the Pelidriver for my point, that’s for sure
Damn, that’s cool
how long were you prepared to keep going if you couldn't get it?
Haha. Well, I've gone over 30 minutes before. Time seems to fly by when I'm so focused on trying to achieve something like a strength feat.
you're pretty good.
Holy smokes! What kind of routine do you do for your forearms?
How the hell is this possible?! I can do like 40 in a row. I will need a full minute of rest just to eek out another 10 or 12 reps. That has been true since I was in my 20s. Reasonably lean at 160lbs. I am now 40. ... What were your numbers like when you were new to training these? The more I think about out, the more even just 100 seems amazing. 500 ?!
I used to do these back in 2014 and managed to get to 300 straight. Then just played around with them over the years, so never really focused on them. But then last year I decided to try and get back to being able to do 300 again. So I incorporated Hindu squats into very high rep routines, usually paired with push ups. Once I got to 300 again, I just aimed to do more each time I tried an all out set. Eventually I got to 350, then 400, then 450, then finally the 500. Once you get to a high enough number, the body just becomes kind of numb and its just a matter of trying to keep technique and mental toughness. As you squat down, all the weight goes onto the ball of your foot, with a full knee bend, aiming to sit on your calves in the bottom, then come back on to flat feet as you raise back up. The arms act as like a wheel to help guide momentum. And breathing is opposite to usual squats. So you breathe out on the way down, then in on the way up. I turned 40 yesterday myself. I also have exercised with high fitness intensity for most of my life, which probably as a cross over with Hindu squats, aswel as having decent top end strength. Just a matter of regular practice 👍
@@UniqueFitness84 thats astonishing. Im doing 10 sets of 12 reps w 90 sec break between. Seems impossible to get much higher. Hm.
good job on that, quite a feat !
Is it just me or does this seem like a bit of a strange place to have a wrestling show?.

Yeah how much weghit is that?
Says in the title. It's equal to my bodyweight...90kg 👍
I feel like you could get a resistance band and give yourself some more leverage to save your spine
Solid mate
Awesome job! I bang out 500 of these and pushups every day
Which muscle improves with this exercise?
Jack Hanma
Just needs to work his way up to doing it with 4 plates which is likely possible, just that nobody really trains it since it's not a powerlifting lift so would be a waste of time in most cases
@@stevelau7694 No its useful for kissing competition with the boys. I almost got my jaw ripped off like jack but when my managed to wrestle my bro's tongue down and use my neck i managed to break his jaw grip. I knocked one of his tooth loose with my own so i had to pay for his dentist to re attach that tooth properly lol.
What is that attachment?
It's just a flat loop strap thats been cut. It is an attachment for dynamite stick grip pull ups. Not ideal for this type of lift as I can't get a decent bite down on it. Need something a little wider.
@@UniqueFitness84 for me i use a towel or a piece of GI i found benefits in jaw and neck strength , what about you ? keep up bro!
