Daily Bus Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedure

As a result of COVID-19 we have instituted an updated bus washing and disinfecting procedure. The procedure now includes the use of an EPA approved cleaner that is utilized when wiping down high touch areas, restroom and the floor on the interior. If you're a fan of "The Godfather" you may remember Michael Corleone's bodyguard, Al Neri (portrayed by Richard Bright). Bright was leaving a restaurant on the upper west side of Manhattan and was crossing the street when he was mowed down by an Academy Bus back in 2006. The driver continued on his route to the Port Authority Bus Station and when the police arrived, he claimed that he had no knowledge of the accident. No criminal charges were filed but his license was suspended for failing to yield to Bright. Bright died after arriving to the hospital.

Why I’m I paying $20 more when you have removed the 9:00 pm. route 36 bus. You should be issuing a discount. What kind of company are you. If I miss the 7:30 pm the next bus is not until 10:00 pm. You guys don’t care about your commutes only money for less service
