God, Jesus the Holy Spirit is that real in my life and many others who recognize Him as Lord and Savior. He's right here beside me keeping His promises to never leave me nor forsake me. Loving me and extending grace to me so that I might live free from sin and other things that might entrap me. He offers this very same life to anyone who will believe in Him and what He did on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sin. Jesus bridged the gap between us and God not only that but He lives in our hearts and when I read His word He is the Word according to The Gospel of John chapter 1 verse 1 Jesus was with God from the beginning and came on this earth as a man in human form so that He could do God's will and save our lives from all the entrapments of the evil one and our flesh. He is as real as the visitation of Mary to those who will believe. however it's not an angel It is The God Of the Universe. The one and only God that no other gods are before Him. Let Him be that real to you that are reading this. He's just a prayer away and invitation into your heart as you recognize Him as your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I had no idea the enormous sin in my heart, mind, will, soul..Today I'm 70 + years young, my daughter 44 years young..she has 2 teen daughters. God miraculously hold me & my husband together. So much repentance..so much submit to God, resist the devil..with God's promise nothing shall by any means hurt me ! Yes, I'm trusting hasten His word to fulfill it... I'm trusting in God's-- He promise to heal us, restore the years the locust has eaten each day, as often as possible I humble myself under His Mighty Hand. I give Thanks to God in all situations ! Ephesians 5:20 much Love in Christ ! The Blood of Jesus speak for us Heb12:24

Court you are making bring my A game to God and I have to admit that I don't like it. A hairdresser didn't listen to my instructions and he cut all my hair off. My hair was such a huge part of my life ever since I was a kid. Many women freak out over their hair being touch in ways they don't like. Now, most of my hair is gone. I have cried for two days, but I am having a growing awareness that my identity is not rooted in my hair but in God. ❤ This is hard and painful.

Obviously, by my little picture you can tell, I am not African American... Nevertheless, I am a woman and I believe all woman can pick up on certain traditional male spaces and nuances. Just by challenging a group of men and their perspective, I wonder how your wife felt in the moment. Did she want to connect? Was she looking for their input? Did she want to be challenged back? Was she just stating an opinion? Was she showing off that she knew the game? Do guys talk about plays in games to try to out smart each other, right?
