    This is currently my favourite guided somatic tracking that I have done. So calming just what I need when I feel myself getting caught up. A great way to befriend the sensations that arise

    I’m grateful for people who do this, but I cannot stand the commercials. Why in the heck do a somatic meditation when you’re interrupted and jolted out of meditation by commercials. It’s stupid telemarketing paying for these posts which are very helpful to people.

    Funny how I found this. I was searching for a different "Callie" and your video caught my eye. Being into spiritualism and healing modalities in the past year, it sparked my interest. It's the first I have heard of "somatic tracking", but quickly became very familiar to me as it is a type of mindful meditation. Similarly, Eckhart Tolle in his book, "The Power of Now" explains how to transcend the Pain-Body. These are all very helpful healing modalities. Thank you.

    This is fabulous, thank you for making this video. I'm wondering, was the reason that you had the ice pack in your right hand, so that it would be less difficult to turn your attention away from your left hip? Meaning, if you held the ice pack in your left hand would it be more difficult? Or am I overthinking this and it's just because you're right handed? 😄 Thanks!

    It's really hard to convince yourself you're safe when you're in the middle of relaxing and an ad blares in your ear.

  • @dionysusred
    @dionysusred Рік тому

    I thought there was at least a way content creators could select where the ad plays. Please check that option as it is so disruptive to have the ad play halfway through as we are just in deep relaxation and it is jarring to have ad blast. Would be much better to play at start of video. I would use this video regularly if that ad was moved to start. Thanks.

  • @sea_hous
    @sea_hous Рік тому

    Would you consider removing the mid point ad break? I would like to listen to the regularly.

    • @kellycalkins4239
      @kellycalkins4239 Рік тому

      You tube does that unfortunately, not the creators. They’re doing it on purpose to try to get people to pay for their non ad subscription and it’s obnoxious :/

    • @kitkat7491
      @kitkat7491 7 місяців тому

      You can pay £11.99 monthly for all ads removed. I do it but I watch UA-cam a lot so it's worth it.

    When you say, "Focus on the 'sensation', what exactly is the 'sensation'? I thought if, for instance, someone has pain in the neck -- that pain in the neck is the "sensation". If that is correct, then what if your pain only comes with something like walking -- which you aren't doing while in a meditative state? That's what is confusing me..

    • @AliBCool
      @AliBCool Рік тому

      @@coachcallie5968 I think you can still change the location of ads by going to the video in youtube studio and clicking on monetization (even if you don't have monetization toggled on) and changing the location there. Have you tried that?

  • @loriloucks-loricanhelp2771

    This is great! Just one suggestion - is there any way to make the ads run at the beginning and/or end? It's startling when it comes on in the middle. Thank you for all you do!

    • @coachcallie5968
      @coachcallie5968 Рік тому

      I honestly don't know. I'll have to look. I haven't done anything to try to monetize my work, so I didn't know it had any ads.

    • @coachcallie5968
      @coachcallie5968 Рік тому

      It appears that it doesn't matter what I do, UA-cam is the one putting the ads in my videos. They reserve the right to do it, even if accounts aren't monetized. I wish it weren't the case and it appears that I have no control.
