It is sad that fresh fruit is so expensive, and junk food is cheap. Good mothers like you who try to buy fresh, nutritious, healthy food for their family end up having to pay so much more at the grocery store. 😰

Hi Lynn Lynn!! The only popcorn I make & eat is the kernels you do on the stove. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't try the holiday almonds but I love the Wasabi ones. I just told my daughter that about the recalls. I promise I see something daily!!

I just shopped at Fred Meyer on Wednesday but had no idea the olives were $.99 if you bought 5! Olives are so EXPENSIVE lately. I may need to go back before this sale ends. I hope you found the Jiffy Pop and had a wonderful movie night! 🥰

Great job Lynn Lynn ! You remind me of my younger self. I saw air pop corn poppers for 19.99 at Aldi. This might be a great investment when finances allow it. Actually that’s the kind of thing I like to pick up at a thrift store. Keep up the good work and report what’s going on at the grocery stores.

👋🏾The jar of kernels is the best. ..Simple prep. . .yes, just add a touch of oil in a pot. ..add kernels, cover, shake pan when popping starts . . .until fully popped. The kernels are convenient because you control the amount and flavors you add, plus no preservatives.

The rd peppers are more expensive because they take longer on the plant to ripen so they will strat green then after a while turn red. So less yield per plant

I didn’t know Winco has Slap Ya Momma. Thanks for sharing. When you have the chance get yourself a chunk of Parmesan they last for so long . Grating it yourself tastes so much better. I usually get like a six dollar chunk and I can use it for so many meals.

Hi Lynn Lynn!! I've had a pomelo before, and yes, it is like a grapefruit. The one I had was like a white grapefruit, which I do like a lot. I thought it was huge but when I peeled it wasn't that big it just had a thick skin 😂. I did like it though and will buy it again. I wish we had Winco here.
