This is an upgrade Taildragger bar extension for a Powered Aircraft Tug from MiniMaxTugs. The install shows how to install and operate the tug on a Cessna 140. The drill drives the gearbox via a high strength steel drive shaft. It's comfortable working height takes the load off your knees, back and arms in the process. Prices are just right for anyone wanting a great aircraft tug.

In the vast expanse of sky, where dreams take flight, Two souls soared together, their spirits alight. Through turbulence and calm, they navigated the blue, Their bond unbreakable, their friendship true. They shared the cockpit, side by side, Guiding their metal steed with skill and pride. The wind whispered secrets, the clouds held their trust, As they chased the horizon, leaving earthly dust....

Could've talked about useful load, performance, engine & avionics, fuel burn, and other planes he's flown & how this compares. I'm not sure I agree that RVs aren't adequate for x/c flights. I routinely flew an RV-9 about 850 mi (1 stop enroute) to visit family.
Two more beautiful airplanes. I'm curious about what Bob used for engine gear reduction on the Mustang II.
SURE IS NICE..
Hey Kel, you’re a celebrity!!!
She's a beaut Bob. Congrats.
Are There Any More Images Or Video?
Very interesting and time consuming like any worthwhile project. Keep up the good work.
It is my understanding the BD 4C has corrosion protection as they have it dipped. It’s not anodized but something similar.
What happened to your BD4 restoration project. No updates for years
Hiya. Are you going to use the old skins to cover her or are you planning on using new sheet? I'm about to embark on a similar BD4 restoration of a damaged and neglected airframe/engine...gulp...!
A man on a mission, good luck and happy flying when all the hard work is done. ENJOY !
You sir, are a PATIENT man ! Slow and steady, and obviously very thorough. I hope you are enjoying yourself. I have purchased cars that have required this level of attention to restore them. I call the my "Mental Therapy" projects. :-}
Is the frame steel or aluminium?
MrZeddy100 Aluminium but with a few steel members where needed.
Yeah, what's all the music in airplane vids? Does more than the originator think it is a great idea. If the vid looks god I just turn down the sound and enjoy it that way,
Way to go Bob! I am envious!
Nice work. keep up with updates. Thanks
Neat project and please if you have any updates I'd love to see them. Thanks and best of luck to you
Great video. Sorry we missed all the fun!
keep the crab in bob lol
Outstanding, Bob. I'm planning on putting a 13B turbo in a CH-640. What turbo and what kind of porting (if any) did you use on this engine? Are the rads up front or ducted to the back?
Awesome airplane, congratulations!
Looks good Bob. Congratulations on the build. She sure looks a lot longer on the cowl to cover up that 13B. How much longer is it. I have been contemplating the same engine for mine. Oms in Alberta
At 3:55 it looks like you contacted your right wingtip.. not sure.. did ya?
At 3:20 it also looks like he did a practice stall and the right wing dropped quite a bit; so it looks like he got a little slow on that first landing at 5 feet off the runway and the right wing dropped again. Glad it was a safe flight, and big accomplishment to get a project like this in the air!
@@rv9flyer13brotary9 good eye! that landing looked well controlled until the dip & the ailerons didn't appear to cause it so yeah, had to be a stall. Really glad he was 3' from the ground. Awesome plane.
