Hi, we're Rosie and Tom!
We are so pleased that you are here and wanting to see our films! So who are we and what is this all about? Well we are wildlife enthusiasts to put it plainly. Rosie is an amateur wildlife filmmaker and photographer, getting her name out there where she can after graduating from this field at University! You can find her other work on her personal UA-cam Channel: Rosie Dutton.
Tom is also a wildlife enthusiast, with a particular passion for bird life. Coming from a completely different background to Rosie, Tom has found his calling with wildlife and couldn't be happier exploring the natural world. Tom, is a family man, and is always looking for great natural places to visit with his wife and children!
Oh and did we mention, we are extremely Yorkshire!

Episode 15 - A little update!
Hi In t' Wilders! it's been a while again, we know and we very much apologise! it's been super busy for me and Tom and we miss delivering you content featuring all things wildlife - but here is a little update for you! *Disclaimer* This is awful filming - it just wasn't our day for tech - batteries dying, lens steaming up, stormy weather so virtually night time outside and struggled to get enough lighting, etc etc. Anyway, please forgive us this - and we hope you like our little update! For now, we wish you a very happy, healthy and wealth new year!

Happy New year guys 🎉 a podcast is a great idea, look forward to the first one!
Happy New Year guys, welcome back!!! It's really wonderful to know that you two are still around and doing o.k. as I was worried that In t' Wild had stopped which I felt was a shame as I really love your channel. I love the fact that your Yorkshire based as I'm a Yorkshire lass through and through but I'm unable to get about due to disability and Chronic illness and I don't have transport so your channel was a means of experiencing Wildlife from my bed - so it's great that your back and I'm glad I kept the faith that you would do a video when you could. You did come right near me when you film Bempton Bird Sanctary and I will give my best friend a nudge about a boat ride to film the Flamborough Seals as mentioned before. Look forward to your Wildlife happenings coming in 2024! 😊👍❤❤🐿🦫🦔🦇🦡🦆🦢🦉🐸🐞🕷🦗🦋🐌🌲🌷🌼
Fantastic episode guys, loved it! Can't wait to go myself. Beautiful shots and enjoyed learning about the island. Thanks for the laugh at the end too 😅 🎉🎉

Thank you!!! Haha, we're just buddy's, but glad you like the duo nonetheless 😁😁
Fantastic vlog from a fantastic place it really is a place to visit if you like to see wildlife especially Puffins up close. The whole area of Pembrokeshire is a haven for wildlife I am sure you will definitely be back for more 😀
Thanks Craig! We cant wait to go back soon and do some more wildlife watching, it was a place we just wish we had so much more time to explore!
Wicked Episode guys!! An absolute dream of mine to visit Skomer. Tom's narration voice is top tier! Next Attenborough
Thank you, we honestly can't recommend the Island enough! It was a dream come true and we want everyone to experience it too! Tom Attenborough does sound rather good doesn't it!
Without a doubt the best yet. Spectacular scenery and beautifully photographed wildlife. Excellent standard of narration allowing viewers to get to know the subject more than just superficially but also to become acquainted with you as presenters enabling us to share in and perhaps be inspired by your enthusiasm. A top quality video.
Thank you James!! We absolutely love your passion! I think our heads are swelling reading this! But it was our most favourite and speechless place yet to film! Thank you so much for your kind words! And we're blessed to have your support and encouragement! We're not sure how we're going to top Skomer, but we'll try!!

Nice to see you back. Hope you and Tom can get together for more videos.
Thank you! Oh yes, don't worry, we have plans 😁

What would you like to see? We always oblige where we can! 😁
@@intwild8758 I watch all of your videos, but it is nice to see our local wildlife in them. Very soon the gannets will be diving. And there's loads of seals at Flamborough head. My camera isn't good enough to do them justice but yours is and my offer is still there to go on my boat if the weather is calm
iv watched all of your videos and I like these 2 best. maby because I live in bridlington. you took some amazing pictures and footage. I need a camera like yours . :0)
Hey Kit! Thank you so much!!! Honestly, you live in such an amazing place!!! Have you been on the Yorkshire Bell yourself?!
@@intwild8758 yes I have been going on the Yorkshire belle for 40 years plus. There was another simular boat called the Flamborian that used to do trips to Bempton but it was decommissioned many years ago. I work on a fishing boat , we fish at Flamborough head and Bempton every day. The birds and sea life are amazing. I have some great pictures of some rare birds fish , seals, porpoises and dolphins. I thought some of your photos amazing :0)
Hi, Love your videos. If you come to bridlington again and the weather is ok you are welcome to come out on my boat to film the Seals, puffins. diving Gannets and loads more. :0)
Oh wow! What an invitation, I think that's something we will do 100%!! Apologise, I responded to your other comment first asking if you'd been on the Yorkshire Bell, but having your own boat, you don't need to!!! We would absolutely love this, so may well be in touch! 🥰💙
@@intwild8758 you are welcome any time. You can contact me on Facebook or through my yt channel or reply to this message. I know my friend would love to meet you , she watches all your videos as they are local and your videos are 👍 :0)
@@intwild8758 the boat i film on on my channel isn't the boat I will take you out on. I just thought I'd better say in case you looked. My other boat is a much bigger fiberglass boat with plenty of room on the deck for tripods. It is stable on the water. My other boat is a small inflatable. I use it to get ready close to the cliffs and can get into some caves if the weather is good and high flat tide but can only take 1 or 2 people. Thanks :0)
Fantastic video again guys, live in brid and theres been quite a few dolphin and albatross sightings this year so far. We have been very privileged here on the East Coast of Yorkshire (map men - counties, recommd) and I loved the two perspectives of seeing Bempton cliffs/seabirds/seacaves. I have a friend that has a boat in the harbour and owns a sib and we've gone out and done that very thing of seeing the view from the sea to the cliffs and been lucky enough to have seen the birds on air, land and water - they were all around us, it was great, recommd that experience and Bempton bird reserve and excellent facilities as I am disabled so it does cater to us out there that love nature. I have a suggestion for another boat trip to the grey seal colony we have around Flamborough way, you and your viewers won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work Rosie and Tom, look forward to your next video, thanks for bringing me natural joy in Yorkshire.
Hello!!! Its great to hear from you! And we are so delighted that you enjoyed our most recent vlog! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Wow, I bet the boat trips you have been on with your friend have been spectacular, and I agree!!! You live in such an amazing place on the east Yorkshire coast! We are so glad you enjoy Bempton and all the wildlife that lives on your area! Oooo, a lovely seal colony boat ride would be right up our alley!!! That maybe a future video! ☺️ Thank you so much again for your kind words, and take care 💙💚
if you like grey seals there is about 80 on your way round Flamborough head. they come close to your boat if you turn off your engines and wait. I love it :0)
@@KitsFishing sounds amazing! They're super playful aren't they?! You can see why they are called sea dogs!

So glad you enjoyed it! Thanks Andrew
Very interesting aided by great photography. Well done guys 👍🏻
Thank you Pete!!! We really appreciate your support 😊
Thank you Rosie and Tom for your wonderful videos, I love watching your shows they make me smile and feel better in so many ways and it's great to know someone , like-nature-minded and Yorkshire folk too as I'm a rite Yorkshire lass myself and proud of it. I have been watching your videos since the first one and I am thrilled that you're still producing these fantastic, information-fueled and family friendly films with lots of excellent footage and photo stills - of which Rosie you're pictures and skills are a brilliant showcase for any young, budding female photographers out there. I adore nature for so many reasons, not just that I love animals but ALL of nature from the seasons to the interesting and ever-changing weather, to trees, meadows, flowers, rolling hills and woodlands etc. I've lived in Yorkshire all my life and have spent the last nearly 40 years in Bridlington and love living by the sea and enjoying nature is literally a religion for me as I have followed the Pagan Wiccan ways for the last 27 years and loved your Samhain episode! I have, unfortunately a terrible, painful mobility conditions in my joints, spine, muscles and nerves whereby I can't get out much and spend most of my time indoors feeling very poorly , but I feel through your videos I'm still able to go round places of great natural interest and beauty and see some priviledged insights into this great county. I like to think of you two as my legs and go walk in spots I would if I could and see things I'd like to see like the family of foxes Rosie's been keeping us updated with. I've sadly never been lucky enough to ever see one in the wild or a badger, how sad is that? So keep the videos coming guys, they make a difference to perhaps more than just me.
Hello!!! Wow, what a comment, you have us both beaming from ear to ear! We're so beyond thrilled that you enjoy our episodes!! The reason we wanted to make these videos was because we love our nature so much and we just wanted to do something to keep us seeing it. Then we began getting comments about how great things were for families etc, but now after reading your comment, we had no idea that we could be helping people from all walks of life enjoy the further away places when it's difficult for you to get there yourself!!! Thank you so much for sharing this, and we hope to continue making videos that make you smile and feel inspired! Take care, and hopefully chat soon! Love Rosie and Tom ❤️💚💙
Well done Tom and Rosie as always informative and interesting. Glad that you got to see the squirrels.
We are so glad you visited and enjoyed yourself. MOST importantly we are pleased you got to see some squirrels! Do visit us again soon :-)

Lots of wide-ranging thought provoking information delivered with infectious enthusiasm in a local setting. Leeds is good for nature despite its other drawbacks. Have edited the comment to suggest that a future episode looks specifically at wildlife in Leeds urban parks like Middleton or Roundhay. Scotland Woods Meanwood Valley etc.
Thanks so much for your thoughts and feedback, James. We very much appreciate it and that it sounds like a good episode to us! Rosie and Tom

I did an apple bird feeder today and was actually thinking about you /Tom in the morning. Hoping you are ok. Thanks for sharing this video and I’ll give it a try with my girls over the weekend! Love, Nat
Amazing how an amateur film crew can produce a video with so much more coverage and interest than the BBC. I have been going to Old Moor now for many years and love the place. Had I not been before, In twenty minutes you have invited me to want to keep going back again and again. Unlike the BBC you have not forced a lot of technical details, pie charts etc on to me. I really love the way you show nature as to what it is fun, friendly and relaxing. I want to see more of your videos so I have hit the subscibe button. Keep up the good work and best wishes for your future projects.
Thank you Tom! We love making the vlogs and want to inspire everyone to get out there and see the wildlife around them. Cheers.
Rosie and Tom, Andrew here in Ottawa Canada, great to see you both back. Love the intro and I feel you are both great spokespersons for the RSPB. Today we are at 22 deg cent in Ottawa, an awesome day to be outside🙂 Love the video and your natural enthusiasm Cheers from Andrew,
Well done Tom and Rosie good to see you back. Certainly made us keen to visit Old Moor so thanks for presenting it to us both the wildlife and the history. Thanks very much James!! Old moor is a gem of a reserve!! We had such a wonderful time filming. Gillian was delightful, so encouraging and kind with her time. The whole crew were so busy. We were privileged to have them on the vlog.
