Throughout this whole video, you only got a total of 2 diamonds. I see that you tried to look around a big cave. however, you'll find less diamonds doing that is because diamonds are coded to be less exposed to air, so you only get 1 or 2 diamonds. You also tried to strip mine but in the wrong level. The best way to find diamonds is doing a method (I forgot the name). Go down to bedrock level, Incase you don't know it's between 0 and -15. Once you get there, mine 5 blocks ahead of you. once 5 blocks were mined, mine 5 blocks left, right, and above you. If you find nothing, continue mining 5 blocks ahead gf you and keep repeating these steps. I hope this helps!
