Hi , I wonder if you can help.. how did you connect the synths into the effects unit. Id like to do this with a Vermona ER9 Drum machine.
What are we seeing? What is involved & what's doing what? It's very interesting & sounds wonderful...
the original Hi-hat circuit operates with six simple digital oscillators. I have replaced them with four adjustable oscillators and from 0:00 - 0:50 you can hear how it sounds when I pitch one of the oscillators up and down. In the secound step I have replaced the white noise generator of the snare circuit with a 32 Bit digital noise generator and modify the frequency of the noise generator and move the cutoff frequency of an additional a low pass filter. I came up on this randomly and I know next to nothing about synthesis outside the very basics despite owning some gear. Nothing about modular either but it's a pretty circuit board. Reminds me of the inside of a ce-2 for some reason

Thanks for posting. A local music store has one of these on sale for $40. I already have an old Alesis Quadraverb but after hearing this I figure for 40 bucks why not.
40 bucks is nothing. if one day you find it boring, you can sell it back for the same money. There is no comparable product on the market today. Useful external effect processors cost well over 1000 euros or bucks.
@@moviesquirrel4559 I did go and buy the thing yesterday an I am going to try and connect it up to my mixer today. What I could not believe was that it had the original box, and warranty card ( never filled out ), and the owners manual and a Digitech sticker to stick on something. When they brought all that out , I figured I might be able to get closer to the high ask price on Ebay. I hope I can get the thing to work, I am new to the game .

it has neither MIDI nor CV. Each channel has its own trigger input, which can be triggered with piezo-based drum pad or with a + 5V level trigger-signal.
