YES!! After looking for 2 years, I finally found out the name of this song. I remember checking out vol.1 from the library during my teenage years but totally forgot the name of the anime.
the name of this amazing anime is Shounen Onmyouji you can watch it all over again in gogoanime this was the first anime i watched 16years ago

One, it's really sad at first. Two, the update only comes once in a blue moon so the wait might just kill you like it did to me T^T
