Margo Fitz is a native of the music city of Memphis, Tennessee and attended college in Knoxville and Memphis. In her varied career, she taught school and supervised teachers in area school systems. Margo worked in travel, real estate and the private business sector selling learning systems to schools and colleges throughout North America.

In the midst of her career, Margo discovered a keen skill in writing lyrics, especially for the world of Christian Contemporary Music. Surprised as everyone else that she has a gift in songwriting, Margo was encouraged to explore this gift by people in the music industry. She collaborates with singer/songwriters from around the world who share her passion for music to release music to all platforms.

Margo plans to continue to write songs that touch hearts and change lives for listeners around the world. She writes lyrics that the Lord lays on her heart and has music produced and released as Margo Fitz, featuring a variety of artists and writers.
