Hi everyone welcome to the Air5 cooking channel. This is a channel to help people who want to cook and get recipes. I am up for some recommendations or suggestions on what dish to make next. 🥟Ultimate Bao Recipe. Delicious (Must See) Air5 Cooking!!!
This is a amazing Chicken Bao Recipe. Delicious juicy and full of flavor. Absolutely love this recipe. Perfect for snacking or little meal. Try and let me know what you think.
Dough
1 1/4 cup of warm water
2 1/2 teaspoons of dry active yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
Let rest for 5 mins then add
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of room temperature butter
Mix all together knead for 8 mins the cover and let sit for one hour and a half to double in size.
Then knead again for 5 mins to get all the gas out of the dough.
Filling
1-1 1/2 pound of ground chicken
1 large onion
5 scallions
11 garlic cloves
3tbspoons of soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
1teaspoon of black pepper
Mix and add a teaspoon of filling to the bao dough then pinch sides and close.

Dough
